Role Description We're looking for an Amazon Operations Specialist. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the mechanics of running a multi-marketplace Amazon business and wants to grow with a company rather than just tick boxes. You'll handle the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. - Execute Amazon operations tasks and gradually take ownership of new initiatives - Handle customer care emails (mostly FBA, roughly one per day on average) - Manage forecasting using Sostocked - creating transfer orders, loading shipments, adjusting for seasonality - Oversee PPC performance using M19 - daily reviews, adjusting TACoS targets, balancing organic ranking and margins - Run daily controls across systems to catch issues before they become problems You'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30 GMT.
