• You will have demonstrable experience in the Utility and/or Telecommunications Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), asset management, asset planning and network modeling sectors. • You excel in translating complex business problems into impactful solutions. • In this role you will be formulating solutions by: • Establishing deep understanding of GridOS Plan and Geospatial Network Modeling (GNM) systems for our existing customers and prospects across the Growth Region, including network analysis, planning optimization, and geospatial visualization capabilities. • Translating electrical planning standards and regulatory requirements across diverse markets in Growth Region and mapping them to the GE GridOS Plan solutions offering • Becoming the 'Trusted Advisor' with our customers' planning engineers, GIS team members and internal GE Vernova team members across multiple time zones and cultural contexts • Strong Commercial Acumen with experience with software sales, able to deliver to targets, express strong value propositions while understanding customers’ buying processes • Presenting and demonstrating GE Vernova's GridOS Plan and GNM solutions at various technical and executive levels across the Growth Region; using impactful approaches to demonstrating solutions • Researching deployed GridOS Plan solutions in the Growth Region and building experience to tell impactful stories about successful solutions that have been deployed to solve critical business challenges • Leading and validating technical proposals for GridOS Plan implementations to ensure alignment with customers' planning requirements and grid expansion needs across diverse regulatory environments • Enthusiastically presenting GE solutions at planning conferences, utility forums, and industry events across Growth Region to increase awareness and drive demand for our GridOS GNM solutions • Interfacing with GridOS Plan Pre-Sales teams globally, and supporting building a community to develop best practices for utility planning solutions across Growth Region markets • Participating in customer meetings and on-site proof-of-concepts to position GE Vernova GridOS Plan solutions during the sales lifecycle • Leveraging extensive experience in Utility or Telecommunications planning as solution vendor or solution consumer to retain and expand market share in the GIS software domain across the Growth Market • Becoming the 'Voice of the Customer' and interfacing with product management to drive GridOS Plan roadmap development for Growth Region customer requirements • Defining GridOS Plan system configuration and designing the architecture by meeting customer planning requirements and GE standards for network modeling and analysis across diverse regional standards

• Manage the investigation and remediation of a portion of GE Vernova’s portfolio of remedial projects through the management of external consultants and coordination with key internal stakeholders • Coordinate all aspects of the assigned remedial project execution, from initial risk review and project planning to final completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and budget constraints • Oversee technical delivery, schedule management, fiscal management, serving as an internal and external stakeholder liaison, reporting requirements, and coordination with project team members • Provide technical support for other critical functions within the Environmental & Properties Risk group such as M&A, real estate and restructuring activities

• Perform technical analysis related to power electronic and power systems control of renewable generation, battery energy storage systems, large industrial drives and FACTS • Support customers with power systems engineering expertise; including modeling, analysis, equipment design and specification, and failure mode analysis • Create, modify and parametrize simulation models representing GE Vernova inverter-based resource (IBR) products like wind turbines, solar and battery storage • Evaluate grid code compliance standards and their impact on renewable energy projects in bulk power systems • Support development of transmission and distribution connected IBR and distributed energy resource (DER) products for evolving codes and standards through participation in industry standards groups • Perform power system transient studies, and detailed equipment modeling using appropriate software tools • Effectively communicate results to both internal and external customers by preparing detailed written reports and presentations describing analyses performed, solutions developed, and customer value propositions • Enhance industry knowledge and present technical content in regional forums and conferences; serve as a thought leader in industry activities • Actively participate in a working environment where teamwork, quality, customer service and innovation are important

• Customer facing staff responsible for winning business • Application Engineering responsibility for the Power Conversion General Industrial, Oil & Gas solution portfolio • Developing technical solutions for large Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive Systems up to 80MW, large Static Frequency Converters of 100MVA+, large STATCOMs of 100MVAr+ • Evaluate the customer RFP specifications received • Develop technical solutions that is risk mitigated • Prepare detailed technical proposal, discuss and sign-off the technical solution with customer • Work on the MV VFD/SFC/STATCOM and Converter transformer sizing calculations to determine the ratings based on the application requirements in the customer RFP specifications • Prepare detailed RFQ specifications for individual equipment like VFD/SFC/STATCOM, Motors, Converter Transformers, E-Houses, MV Switchgear and other eBOPs • Perform bid evaluation on various quotations received and perform costing exercise in partnership with sourcing counterpart • Work with engineering and project teams to identify technical/project risks and devise/implement a risk mitigation plan • Value sell GEV Power Conversion’s technical solutions to customers in key segments • Support customer meetings with technical product differentiators • Support the GEV commercial risk process & all aspects of the Inquiry to Order process • Work with 3rd party industrial partners to enhance growth opportunities and leverage win-win technology • Work to optimize technical solutions by means of Design To Cost (DTC) and enhance as sold margins for the business

• Responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of the substations and balance of plant for large and complex HVDC projects • The X must lead the team providing clear direction, expectations, and reviews to ensure goals are met or exceeded • The X must identify key internal & external stake holders and their needs such as technical information, execution strategy, and drive effective communications to align people for efficient work • Accountable for engineering activities on the assigned project such as: schedule development & updates, design safety, planning & tracking project design reviews, design optimization, On Time Delivery, risk management, and quality control/quality assurance • Direct the efforts of engineers and designers, coordinating with sourcing and the project team on technical matters to meet project specifications, cost control, and schedule objectives • Interface with internal and external team members such as the Project Engineering Director, discipline PEM’s, Designers, CAD Operators, Project Managers, and support organizations • Responsible for the power single line drawing, plan and elevation drawings, general substation arrangement and layout, construction details, and layouts for high voltage bus, cable, high voltage equipment, conduit, cable, and wiring, grounding, and control buildings • Must oversee if not self-perform related studies and calculations as well as development of the bills of material • Manage a combined project BOM & MDL from multiple sources, writing and/or reviewing High Voltage equipment technical specifications, supporting sourcing for vendor quotations and reviews • Single point of contact for technical issues for the customer and project manager • This is a customer facing role that requires an assuring credible presence in front of the customer • You are responsible for technical change control and risk management • Accountable with the PED for the performance of engineering subcontractors. This includes work scope definition, hours used, change management, quality control, schedule definition & adherence, and customer interface • Accountable to meeting customer engineering CTQ’s • Support proposals and tenders for HVDC or substation projects

• Lead a team of project managers responsible for executing internal projects and programs across the Global Nuclear Fuels business • Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and development for project managers to ensure strong execution, consistent project management practices, and achievement of business objectives • Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of internal projects and programs aligned with business priorities and functional objectives • Ensure project managers are driving execution in accordance with defined scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business outcome expectations • Partner with business and functional leaders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource plans, and success measures across the internal project portfolio • Drive strong execution rigor through structured operating rhythms, regular project reviews, issue resolution, milestone tracking, and portfolio-level performance monitoring • Establish clear project governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms to provide visibility to stakeholders and senior leadership • Identify, assess, and manage project and portfolio risks, dependencies, constraints, and changes, ensuring timely escalation and resolution as needed • Support prioritization of internal projects based on strategic importance, business value, and available resource capacity • Coordinate across functions including operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, EHS, finance, IT, HR, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful execution • Monitor project and team performance and provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting to stakeholders and business leadership • Facilitate decision-making by providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and options to project sponsors and functional leaders • Lead financial planning and oversight for assigned programs and internal projects, including budget development, forecasting, resource planning, and tracking of spend against commitments • Partner closely with finance and business leaders to manage CAPEX and R&D project budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities, funding approvals, financial targets, and execution plans • Provide visibility into project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecast accuracy, budget risks, and variance analysis • Drive continuous improvement across the internal projects organization through lessons learned, standard work, best practice sharing, and project management capability building • Ensure projects are executed in compliance with applicable business processes, quality requirements, and regulatory expectations • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and operational excellence across the project management team

• Be responsible for the development of complete proposals of High Voltage Substations and Transmission systems (765KV, 345KV, 138KV... + MV/LV) • Interface with internal and external customers, identify customer needs • Ensure proper engagement with customer throughout the tendering phase, respond to customers clarifications timely • Engage with other functions during tendering phase to develop scope, project plans, schedule and risk management • Ensure the commercial and technical aspects of the proposal are complete and compliant with the Customer requirements • Present the most competitive solutions • Work closely with the Region Sales teams as a key partner in the strategy development to create winning proposals and meeting or exceeding the region’s orders plan • Support Market Level Pricing Indicators, target pricing and Pricing Strategy • Support the AC Substation Product Line strategy in meeting segment orders operating plan, Sales, margin and hit rate • Complete risk assessment, submission, deal clarification/negotiation & hand-over to the execution team • Be responsible for the execution of the Commercial Risk Review Process including deal reviews and approvals • Ensure process adherence to all Government contracting requirements • Opportunities pipeline governance, ensure opportunities forecasts is accurately reflected in sales force system • Support the proposal process improvement and proposal quality metrics • Drive the OTR turnover process to ensure proper control of contract flow-down requirements
