• Support the Polish Licensing Manager, Regulatory Affairs, in activities related to compliance with the Polish Atomic Law Act of November 29, 2000, and other applicable national and international regulatory frameworks • Assist in preparing and reviewing licensing application materials, including regulatory reports, technical inputs, and draft responses to customer or regulatory inquiries • Help ensure project alignment with relevant Polish, U.S., and international nuclear regulatory guidance, standards, and safety requirements • Provide regulatory and technical support to internal engineering and project teams and assist in coordination with GEH/GNF Regulatory Affairs groups in Poland, Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. • Participate in interactions with customers, regulatory authorities, contractors, and industry groups to support licensing activities • Contribute to developing and maintaining nuclear safety case documentation, including supporting claims–arguments–evidence structures • Assist with activities related to nuclear power plant siting, project development, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• EHS Support the implementation of the EHS Plan on site together with the Site Team Ensure all Mechanical & Electrical installation activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. • Quality Oversight Implement quality control measures including implementation of Lessons learned, to ensure that the Mechanical & Electrical Equipment installed per GEV Quality standards Ensure that the related Supervisors are equipped with the required documentation and test reports for their scope Ensure that all required tools and materials are available for the installation activities Raise Nonconformities and manage the rectification together with the Site Quality Team and other internal or external stakeholders/ suppliers • Planning & Coordination Participation in the daily coordination meetings & manage interfaces between subcontractors Prepare and coordinate the Mechanical & Electrical High Voltage Installation activities with the Site Management Team and other internal and external stakeholders (Erection Subcontractor) to ensure that works are performed in accordance with project schedules & work procedures Providing guidance, training and support as needed to the Erection subcontractor and the Supervision Team Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the installation activities together with the Site Team and internal or external stakeholders/ suppliers Ensure that Mechanical completion of the M&E scope is done, Punch List items are closed and system turnover to the Commissioning Phase can be realized • Cost Management & Reporting Verify installed quantities of the Erection subcontractor and review the invoices Support the Site Manager by reviewing change notice proposals to establish cost and impact to the total subcontract value, budget, and overall project forecast Support the Site Manager for the preparation of the Progress Report

• Preparation for customer training classes (mainly in North America) • Attend all customer pre-training meetings and ensure all technical scope and training objectives are agreed upon with the customer • Obtain customer technical data to build training material, customize simulation software and workshops/labs for each customer engagement • Ensure adequate training equipment, manuals and tools are available for each class • Assist regional training coordinators with shipping paperwork for timely delivery at customer site • Ownership of training equipment condition from calibration, integrity, software licenses and accessories • Planning and booking travel itineraries, hotel booking and rental cars for each project using GE corporate card in a compliant manner • Assist coordinators in Printing Manuals (using pcard or otherwise) and working with suppliers to expedite printing and resolve payment issues. • Coordinate Customer Students Give-aways • Assist Regional Training Managers (RTM’s) with facility coordination and ensuring training rooms are in a presentable condition for hosting customers and internal activities • Delivery of customer training classes (mainly in North America)

• The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer is responsible for the entirety of the civil scope, from the concepts developed during project proposals, through detail design, till the end of construction and project closeout with all documentation delivered complete and in good quality. • Support the Application Engineer & Tendering team with conceptual designs, estimating, and preparation of tender documents related to civil scope. • By working closely with the Project Director and Sourcing Specialist, support the definition of contracting strategy and its development with the intent to locate accurate and competitive market pricing for the civil design and construction scope. • Develop a technical scope of work with a detailed & clear division of responsibility and schedule. • Assist in establishing accurate cost estimates for construction scope. • Perform technical analysis of subcontractors/ consortium partners to support sourcing negotiation.

• Responsible for Mechanical Nuclear Island Support Systems (MNISS) engineering activities that support the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor (SMR) design • Activities focus on the Process Radiation and Environmental Monitoring System (D11) • Develop and maintain the System Design Description, Process Flow Calculations/Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and other engineering deliverable documents associated with the system • Responsible for development of specifications/component data sheets for fluid system in-line components • Work with adjacent teams, disciplines, project management, and contractors to ensure high quality and on time deliverables in support of BWRX-300 engineering milestones • Provide support to the Licensing organization for regulatory related deliverables • Responsible for analysis and design work supporting requirements specifications • Improve areas of project execution and department management through Six Sigma methodology • Support development efforts for both new products and new technology • Responsible for necessary corrective and preventive actions resulting from Quality non-compliance monitoring and audit programs • Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Action Work Outs (LAWO) • Work on BWRX-300 technologies
