• Prepare federal and multistate income tax workpapers and supporting schedules • Support quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740 • Assist with estimated tax payments, reconciliations, and tax analyses • Research tax positions and analyze impacts of business activities and tax law changes • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits • Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and data analytics • Work with large data sets to support tax reporting and compliance

• Review and process credit applications with speed and accuracy • Maintain organized, up-to-date credit files and documentation • Monitor credit limits and balances, compiling reports as needed • Support audits of credit lines to ensure compliance with company policies • Partner with collections and internal teams to provide account insights • Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding credit and limits • Assist leadership with credit risk management and administrative support

• Manage access to social platforms for vendors, stores, and corporate teams • Onboard social media vendors and ensure proper permissions are set up • Troubleshoot access issues and reclaim profiles when needed • Support acquisitions and divestitures by transferring and organizing social assets • Assist with paid social administration (business manager setup, organization, reporting support) • Maintain and document platform access, links, and data across systems • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, LADTech, dealerships) and external agencies • Use tools like Workfront to manage and support social publishing workflows • Help organize and set up campaigns within Meta Business Suite and TikTok

• Partner with senior leaders to understand role requirements, develop Ideal Candidate Profiles (IDPs), and align sourcing strategies to business needs. • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership positions, managing both internal and external candidate processes from sourcing through offer. • Participate in internal pipeline review processes across regions to identify and promote internal talent opportunities. • Build and maintain a strong external leadership pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping. • Engage and nurture relationships with high-potential leadership candidates, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process. • Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. • Track recruiting metrics and use data to refine sourcing strategies and provide insights to leadership. • Support the onboarding process for General Manager candidates and remain a key point of contact through their first 90 days of employment.

• Efficiently performing the assigned aspects of the accounts payable process • Independently operating the required systems to process invoices through the workflow • Administering assigned stores and queues • Verifying, entering and/or correcting applicable invoice attributes through the workflow • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining strong vendor relationships • Ensuring accurate invoice processing • Ensuring timely expense allocation and vendor payments • Resolving incorrect payment allocations and other account disputes • Contacting vendors to obtain payment for outstanding credit balances • Identifying "Special Processing" and/or "Statement" Invoices • Assisting with department projects and providing other information as needed • Proactively tracking "Vital Services" invoices through the workflow • Providing prompt and friendly customer service to vendors and stores • Communicating errors, unusual items, proposed solutions and process improvement opportunities

• Set up and manage paid social ads for Facebook, Instagram and other potential platforms • Research and create specific audiences for more granular targeting in each ad set • Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analyzing performance data, forming hypothesis and testing new approaches • Establish workflow for new ad insertions through project management software • Identify high- and low-performing stores based on established KPI’s • Provide store-specific reporting on an established frequency or on request • Assist in the development and automation of scorecard reporting • Setup new pixels and catalogs for new accounts • Administration of Facebook Business manager assets

• Support U.S. and Canadian real and personal property tax compliance, including coordination of tax payments, review of tax bills, and assistance with property tax accruals and reconciliations. • Partner with external property tax vendors to ensure timely and accurate filings and payments, respond to routine data requests, and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare and compile data for annual property tax renditions and review vendor-prepared renditions for accuracy and completeness. • Investigate property tax notices, billing discrepancies, penalties, and interest, escalating issues and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed. • Support property tax appeals by gathering supporting documentation, assisting with filings, tracking appeal status, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. • Collaborate with accounting, finance, fixed assets, and real estate teams to gather and validate property tax data. • Maintain documentation and follow established processes to support compliance, audits, and internal controls, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Provide support for ad hoc property tax projects and analyses, including process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
