• Primarily responsible for providing Operation related support to the region O&M contracts • Improve the Operations and reliability of the O&M plants for the region • Maintain the Operations Programs • Interface and coordinate with the Plant Managers and Operation Managers in the region • Support the measured KPI’s for the effectiveness of the Operations Program on the power stations for the region • Support the Power Plants in the region on the adoption of new tools and technologies into the Operations Program • Support the development of digital solutions, define and lead validation plans and pilot implementation in close cooperation with the digital teams • Coordinate with other GEV Power elements to ensure best solutions for best performance on the Power Stations • Support the Mobilization Programs for new contracts in the region • Provide support, advice and guidance to Plant Managers • Support the region sites to accomplish the Lean Strategy for the O&M business • Support the region business growth under the request of the Region O&M Support Leader
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations/project management/product management, including technical, financial, and contractual
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance
- Knowledge of GE Mark V, VI, VIe control systems for troubleshooting plant operational processes would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English and local (region) language
