What You'll Bring - 5+ years working in an SAP FI-CO environment supporting financial close activities, in a techno-functional, product, consulting, or solution advisory capacity. - Deep understanding of SAP FI-CO: general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and the period-end close cycle. - Hands-on familiarity with SAP technical architecture: ABAP, oData services, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). - Understanding of SAP deployment models - On-Premise, Private Cloud, Public Cloud (RISE/GROW), and HEC - and how each affects integration approach and data availability. - Strong grasp of accounting processes, close cadences, and financial controls as they operate within SAP environments. - Ability to engage at both the technical and business level: credible with Engineering on integration architecture, and persuasive with customers on process value. - Equal comfort as a hands-on builder (requirements, integration design, specs) and a storyteller (GTM narrative, customer conversations, partner alignment). - Experience with financial close software products such as FloQast, BlackLine, or similar. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration patterns and the differences in data model and integration approach versus ECC6. - East Coast US location preferred for coverage overlap with EMEA customers and partners. - Product management experience in a B2B SaaS company, or experience working closely with product teams to translate SAP domain expertise into product direction. • Own the bi-weekly sprint planning process and provide regular delivery visibility to the engineering team.
