• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for Desktop Client and its associated SDK and CLI capabilities. • Define and articulate the strategy for unifying connection brokering, credential delivery, and protocol access. • Build and maintain the business case, success metrics, and outcome targets for the product. • Own end-to-end delivery across discovery, definition, and launch. • Partner closely with engineering on architecture-shaping decisions for the cross-platform client. • Define the experience for connecting across SSH, RDP, VNC, HTTPS, Kubernetes, databases, and cloud providers. • Establish the metrics, telemetry, and feedback loops needed to measure adoption, reliability, and friction. • Engage directly with customers, prospects, analysts, and field teams to validate direction. • Track the competitive landscape and ensure the roadmap keeps Delinea ahead.

• Design the identity model for AI agents • Build the authorization engine that decides in real time what an agent is allowed to do • Define how to establish trust in identities issued by outside platforms • Build authorization and continuous-evaluation capabilities • Own the interfaces and contracts for the platform • Act as a technical leader across teams

• Build integrations that extend Delinea's discovery, identity, and governance onto third-party AI platforms. • Build on our existing Microsoft integration to add new platforms, starting with Salesforce Agentforce. • Retrieve each platform's native identity signals, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Entra, and pass them to our identity layer. • Govern agents through provider APIs and attestation where direct enforcement is not possible, similar to how a cloud access security broker governs SaaS. • Contribute improvements upstream into our shared discovery platform to expand coverage to AWS and Google Cloud. • Reuse the platform's shared identity and policy building blocks rather than building separate ones for each integration.

• Build new AI security features into our access proxy product, the point where agent and user traffic is inspected and controlled. • Treat protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) as enforcement boundaries, and build controls for agent-to-agent communication. • Connect that product to the Delinea Platform and prove the experience with design and paying customers on live capability. • Move those features into the Delinea Platform as the product matures, keeping customers running smoothly throughout the transition. • Enforce just-in-time access and policy decisions in the request path, drawing on the platform's identity and authorization building blocks. • Partner with product and with the teams building the platform's proxy and access engine.

• Build AI agent discovery on top of Delinea's existing cloud discovery rather than standing up a separate inventory, covering Microsoft Azure today and expanding to AWS and Google Cloud as the platform adds those clouds. • Build discovery for AI agents running on endpoints, a newer surface for the team. • Assess the security posture of discovered agents: how they are configured, what they can access, and where they create risk. • Feed discovered agents and their context into our identity and attribution layer so they can be governed. • Partner closely with the platform teams whose discovery services your work builds on.

• Define the structure, journey logic, and standards across the website • Own how effectively pages convert and engage • Own how the brand gets found across traditional search and AI-driven discovery • Develop the strategy, requirements, and briefs for internal teams • Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Demand Gen, and Sales • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on web performance

• Provide leadership in the Product Security Program • Understand current product security state and define future strategies • Promote security architecture in product strategy • Conduct security architecture reviews • Perform Threat Modeling and document product risks • Maintain and mature Product Security tooling • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on vulnerability management • Provide mentorship to team members

• Establish a gold standard demo approach that credibly underpins the company’s vision for Privilege Access Management Solutions. • Strategize with account managers on ways to optimize our engagement with client stakeholders • Deliver world class Proof of Value (PoV) / Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements that solidify the value and differentiation of Delinea solutions • Develop new and innovative concepts and programs to drive pipeline with the ESP target customer base. • Leverage public speaking, industry commentary, and social media outlets to build awareness and drive pipeline. • Articulate the Delinea vision and strategy with prospects, customers, & partners. • Be a strategic thinker that is constantly looking for selling techniques and strategies that can create a competitive advantage for Delinea. • Identify industry trends that qualify as growth opportunity for the Delinea business. • Address technical blockers that are impeding the closing of opportunities. • Work with Product Management in relaying feature requests and suggestions based on market, customer, and prospect feedback.

• Build and lead a multi-team engineering organization for AI security • Define and drive the engineering roadmap for Delinea's AI security platform • Lead the teams building agent discovery and posture • Scale the technology from early customer deployments to broad production use • Partner with product, architecture, and field teams

• Provide post-sale technical support to customers and partners • Assess and document reported customer issues • Formulate and communicate resolution plans • Gather necessary information and resources • Investigate and reproduce case scenarios • Provide clear customer responses and document corrective actions
