SpliteroProviding homeowners better options to access home equity without new debt or monthly payments.
• Own first-line review of inbound bug reports and operational issues: reproduce, investigate, validate, and gather context before anything reaches a PM or engineer. • Filter out false positives and work-as-designed reports; route validated issues to engineering with complete, well-formed tickets. • Assemble fast fact bases for material issues (scope, duration, affected records) to support PM/director impact decisions. • Meet and report on response-time SLAs to operations; speed is a core deliverable of this role. • Build and run a product enablement program to support the operations org. Cover release training, documentation, change communications, and adoption follow-up with operational stakeholders. • Own the distinction between shipped and landed. Verify adoption after launch and close gaps at the source with support from analytics and engineering teams. • Convert recurring false-positive and confusion patterns into targeted training interventions and provide actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance internal and external user experiences. • Instrument the intake system: every report categorized (bug/training gap/product gap/config), trended, and published. • Support confirming the definition-of-done gates in the release process: tracking requirements, enabling readiness, and monitoring new features throughout the release phases. • Deliver recurring feedback reports that feed roadmap planning. In this role, you are the systematic voice of the field of internal users, partners, and homeowners using our platform. • Extend the existing project management tools and workflows for intake, triage, and enablement layers. Evaluate and build on the rails already in place while looking at what future success looks like. • Run product team operating cadences tied to delivery: QBR preparation, delivery handoffs, and roadmap tooling. • Design the function to scale. Documented, measurable, and ready to split into dedicated support and enablement roles as the company grows.

Senior Product Manager, Business Platform

• Own the bi-weekly sprint planning process and provide regular delivery visibility to the engineering team. You lead stand-ups as the team's main point of contact for workload, in collaboration with engineering leaders. • Own the backlog and specs for the business platform: Salesforce workflows, document handling and processing, and new product tooling that delivers operational efficiencies and excellent user experiences • Partner daily with the Salesforce engineering team on scoping, sequencing, and delivery through the standard release process • Coordinate rollouts with the Product Operations Manager. Every release is paired with enablement, instrumentation, and an operations handoff that tracks adoption, success, and ongoing need assessments. • Run structured intake for feature requests across underwriting, servicing, funding, and compliance to turn raw requests into scoped, prioritized, transparent work, both from operational teams and product leadership. • Serve as the day-to-day product contact for operations leads and the point of contact for engineering delivery and support. • Say no credibly: manage competing priorities from a large stakeholder group with data and clear trade-offs rather than first-come, first-served. • Spend time where the work happens to understand processing, underwriting, closing, servicing, and funding workflows well enough to spot what stakeholders don't ask for. • Define success metrics per initiative (cycle time, throughput, error rates) and report on realized impact, not delivery • Feed triage and adoption data from the Product Operations Manager into backlog priorities. • Ensure all platform changes go through the standard deployment and enablement process to protect the integrity of integrations across Salesforce and the core web platform. • Define and track the team's success metrics: ops throughput per head, workflow cycle times, request turnaround, and platform adoption. • Partner with the Product Operations Manager and Analytics on instrumentation to measure platform impact rather than assert it.
