• Synthesize evidence on drug comparative effectiveness, adverse effects, safety, patient adherence and preferences, unmet need, and therapeutic advances from existing literature, including randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews and network meta-analyses, FDA labels and clinical practice guidelines • Help design, conduct, and interpret studies to understand drug utilization patterns overall and in subpopulations, using claims and other data sources • Identify clinically relevant outcomes, endpoints, and surrogate markers, and specify appropriate subgroups relevant to clinical practice guidelines • Provide clinical expertise on drug formulations, dosing logic, drug characteristics, therapeutic alternatives to new and existing indications, and contribute clinical coding expertise, including identifying off-label use • Serve as a subject-matter expert on drug pharmacology, classification systems, drug compendia, and use of publicly available and commercial drug databases • Conduct and report on interviews of clinical experts (physicians) to understand current real-world treatment patterns and considerations in the use of select drugs • Support development of value frameworks, formulary recommendations, and coverage policies (tier placement and utilization management) for public and private payers • Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams including health economists, physicians, biostatisticians, policy analysts, programmers, and clients • Translate findings into policy-relevant deliverables, such as reports, briefs, presentations, and publications

• Assist with quantitative and qualitative research activities to support projects • Analyze large health-related datasets • Assist in developing and implementing processes to assure quality and accuracy of data analyses • Review and proof own work for accuracy and completeness • Assist with project management responsibilities including scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and recording meeting minutes • Contribute to and/or prepare portions of technical memoranda, reports, and presentations

• Oversee and support external site management functions in collaboration with the Site Managing Director • Provide day-to-day operational leadership and support for site management team staff • Support site identification, start-up, activation, maintenance, and close-out activities • Serve as an escalation point for external site-related operational challenges • Support and coordinate external site contracting activities • Oversee collection, review, and maintenance of essential regulatory documents • Partner with regulatory affairs and central IRB teams to oversee external site submissions and approvals • Serve as a primary operational interface with key external vendors supporting site management activities • Support interactions with NIH program staff and external stakeholders • Monitor external site performance metrics and support continuous process improvement

• In partnership with the Field Application Engineer, present and sell RTI software and engineering services to current and potential customers within the assigned territory • Seek new business proactively in key industries through prospecting, cold calling, networking with partners and exhibiting at relevant trade events • Plan, schedule meetings, and consult with customers onsite to understand their technical and business problems and challenges • Work with RTI Engineering and Solutions staff to develop software solutions • Communicate with decision makers and influencers • Work with the Solutions team to onboard and integrate new customers and develop existing customer relationships • Build trust-based professional relationships with key decision makers and be the primary point of contact • Conduct all business discussions with the customer, including pricing, licensing and negotiations • Drive customer retention, upsells, and customer satisfaction • Work with Marketing to plan and conduct key events (seminars, lunch & learns) in the assigned territory • Forecast and track key territory metrics • Meet sales goals by closing business in the assigned territory

• Monitors and analyzes monthly financials • Delivers monthly reports and related routine and ad hoc financial analysis for management, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and accuracy; provides key business and strategic insights • Manages or creates financial models or decision-making tools • Supports the expansion, development, and standardization of FP&A’s reporting • Supports strategic planning activities such as budgeting and forecasting • Participates in strategic business initiatives and supports the development of Executive or Board of Governors materials • Identifies and implements ways to improve data accuracy and timeliness using automation and AI • Leads and/or participates in special projects to improve or enhance financial management and operating efficiencies

• Assist and support in the planning and execution of clinical trials and research projects in accordance with designated timelines and budgets • Manage components of projects, under the direction of senior study manager • Assist in the preparation and oversee distribution of study documents and materials including data collection forms, manuals of operations and technical memos to research sites • Assemble and distribute various materials, including study supplies and data collection forms, to clinical sites • Coordinate and schedule conference calls; write and distribute meeting minutes • Manage correspondence and project communications • Assist in the preparation and updating of progress reports and client/study/network meeting materials • Assist with the preparation of site or investigator training materials; participate and/or assist with trainings for clinical study staff • Collaborate with data management team to develop and implement data collection and management strategies • Participate in quality control activities • Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies • Gather background data and information to support proposal and project efforts

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support proposal pricing, forecasting, and budgeting. • Analyze cost structures, staffing assumptions, and pricing scenarios to support competitive and sustainable proposals. • Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and financial scenario modeling to inform decision-making. • Partner with senior team members to translate project requirements into structured financial models. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across proposals and projects. • Assist in monitoring project financial performance, including tracking budgets, forecasts, and actuals. • Support project teams with basic financial reporting and analysis. • Identify trends or variances and escalate insights to senior finance partners. • Identify opportunities to improve financial modeling, reporting, and proposal workflows. • Support the development of proposal budgets, including cost estimates, pricing structures, and resource plans. • Coordinate proposal inputs across technical, operational, and financial teams.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers to create and execute project work plans and schedules, using industry-standard applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) • Create and track project timelines, deliverables, and calendars • Manage consultant agreements and subcontracts • Write and submit reports as required by the client • Maintain a strong client focus • Review and understand project budgets and financial reports and provide financial guidance • Demonstrate an eye for innovation (e.g., exploring/evaluating existing and new technologies) in day-to-day research activities • Foster communication and information dissemination internally within project and business operations teams and externally with collaborators and clients • Maintain awareness of best practices in use with RTI and utilize those best practices in conducting project work • Develop an understanding and appreciation of client needs by interfacing with clients on projects and proposals • Work independently to efficiently manage multiple and overlapping timelines and deliverables • Train staff on processes and protocols

• Lead end-to-end transformation of RTI’s finance organization, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud as the primary platform to modernize financial processes across accounting, FP&A, contracts, and treasury functions • Partner with CFO leadership to define and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap • Serve as RTI’s internal Oracle Fusion subject matter authority; ensuring the full suite is configured to support RTI’s financial requirements and maximize platform ROI • Manage the optimization of enhancements, patches, and module expansions across CFO systems • Lead the development of executive dashboards and self-service financial analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) • Champion finance automation through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RPA implementation, and workflow • Align governance processes with Enterprise Technology Strategy & Architecture and CFO Finance leadership to ensure cohesive decision-making

• Lead and/or contribute to quantitative research activities related to prescription policy/research and other health policy and health services research topics. • Design and develop analytic data files, integrating a variety of data sources including Medicare claims, enrollment data, prescription drug data sources, and other commercially and publicly available data. • Conduct and supervise descriptive and statistical analyses of large, complex datasets. • Succinctly present results for a diverse technical and policy audience. • Author technical reports, memoranda, articles, documentation, regulations, and contract proposals. • Ensure high quality and accuracy of work products. • Collaborate with teams of mixed levels of technical skills and experience. • Develop expertise in several health care policy, research methods, and healthcare data areas. • Lead and/or contribute to contract proposals including methodological design, management plans, and project budgets.
