• Own the A&D product direction • Build a deep view of UAS, autonomy, maritime, C-UAS, and JADC2/MOSA requirements and how they shape needs for distributed systems, security, real-time data, and interoperability. • Translate customer/mission requirements into clear product requirements, use cases, and roadmap proposals. • Represent the voice of the defense customer • Conduct product discovery: pain points, operational workflows, constraints, integration patterns. • Validate roadmap direction with key customers and convert insights into actionable product decisions. • Shape RTI’s platform for A&D use cases • Identify capability gaps and growth opportunities across key defense applications. • Work with other Product and Engineering stakeholders to prioritize capabilities required for A&D adoption i.e. security, interoperability, platform support, performance, tooling, and integration needs. • Collaborate with Sales and BD to optimize pricing, licensing, and the overall product strategy to ensure streamlined adoption within target accounts. • Partner cross-functionally for successful adoption • Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and differentiators. • Develop product positioning that help Sales and BD teams win new business in the top DoD priorities. • Contribute to strategic go-to-market plans for key programs and partners. This includes strategic resource allocation decisions, including analyzing the ROI of existing programs/consortia (e.g., FACE) and ensuring resources are redirected to high-growth areas like Autonomy and C-UAS. • Contribute to sales materials (battlecards, demo scripts, decks) and help train field teams on messaging and differentiation. • Market & competitive insight • Build and maintain deep insight into the competitive landscape, customer missions, and government modernization trends. • Use this insight to drive RTI’s long-term A&D product strategy.

• Lead complex patient-centered outcomes research programs from study design through final delivery. • Serve as project lead for multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest scientific standards. • Provide strategic oversight of study design, methodology, regulatory engagement, and evidence generation plans. • Manage project risks, client expectations, resource allocation, and team performance. • Personally contribute to the design, execution, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of qualitative and mixed-methods research studies. • Design and lead qualitative research conducted with patients, caregivers, patient advocates, and clinical key opinion leaders, including both stand-alone and clinical trial-based studies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Lead scientific discussions with pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors regarding patient-focused drug development strategies. • Foster technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and professional development across project teams.

• Serve as the primary liaison and representative to ACF, managing the overall client relationship and ensuring that project activities align with federal requirements and expectations • Provide overall management, strategic direction, and leadership for all Baby FACES activities, personnel, and project operations • Ensure that all work conducted under the contract is technically sound, high quality, and responsive to program needs • Oversee day-to-day project operations, including coordination of staff, activities, and project resources • Develop, obtain approval for, and manage detailed project scopes, workplans, timelines, and deliverables, while tracking progress and performance • Work closely with the Principal Investigator and project leadership team to ensure effective execution of the study and achievement of project objectives • Supervise senior technical and operational staff, including performance management, staff development, recruitment, and retention efforts • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics, ensuring contractual compliance, timely deliverables, and achievement of study targets and outcomes

• Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns aligned with Golden Dome-related initiatives, integrated missile defense, and JADC2 priorities. • Identify and shape opportunities across MDA, Space Force, Army, Navy, Air Force, Combatant Commands, and defense innovation organizations and hand-off to the sales team for pursuit and closing. • Build relationships with government stakeholders, defense primes, integrators, and strategic technology partners. • Position RTI Connext DDS and related technologies within: • Distributed sensing architectures. • Battle management systems. • Integrated air and missile defense systems. • Space-ground interoperability environments. • Tactical edge computing frameworks. • Autonomous and unmanned systems. • Support capture activities including opportunity qualification, internal cross-functional teaming, strategy development, white papers, customer engagement, and proposal support. • Represent RTI at industry events, technical interchange meetings, exercises, and defense conferences. • Provide market intelligence regarding emerging defense priorities, acquisition strategies, standards, interoperability requirements, and competitive positioning. • Collaborate with RTI engineering, product, marketing, and executive leadership teams to align customer needs with technology roadmap priorities. • Help educate customers and partners on the role of data-centric architectures and real-time interoperability in mission-critical defense systems.

• Serve as the overall and programmatic director for the National Coordination Lead for the TechAccess: AI-Ready America Program. • Define and guide a vision and execution strategy in collaboration with RTI program leadership, subcontractors, and external partners for the National Lead of the TechAccess: AI-Ready America Program. • Lead the establishment of a semi-autonomous program unit, including governance, staffing, and operational systems. • Ensure coordination with partners working to implement the project. • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among up to 55 state hubs including workforce, education, and innovation stakeholders. • Provide leadership, coordination, and accountability for execution of all core workstreams, implemented by RTI staff, subcontractors, and partner organizations. • Serve as a national convener and trusted, neutral coordinator, working alongside partners to engage stakeholders across sectors. • Lead and coordinate a distributed team of RTI staff, subcontractors, and partner organizations, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and integration of efforts.

• Lead and grow RTI-HS’s Evidence Synthesis & Statistics capability, establishing a market-leading practice focused on evidence generation, advanced analytics, and decision support • Serve as a senior scientific advisor to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on evidence synthesis methodologies and evidence generation strategy • Provide technical leadership, hands-on methodological input, and quality assurance across a wide range of evidence synthesis activities • Lead and directly contribute to complex analytical work, including projects involving Bayesian methods, causal inference, patient-reported outcomes analysis, survival analysis, mixed effects/hierarchical modeling, network meta-analysis, and other indirect treatment comparisons such as matching-adjusted indirect treatment comparisons (MAICs) and simulated treatment comparisons (STCs) • Advise on integrated evidence strategies aligning clinical development, HEOR, RWE, market access, and publication objectives • Drive innovation in methods, ensuring adoption of new and evolving approaches and continuous improvement in delivery • Lead business development activities, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, supporting client presentations and scientific meetings, and contributing senior scientific insight throughout the sales process • Partner with commercial and scientific leaders across RTI-HS to expand the visibility and position of the ESS capability • Act as a senior client contact, building long-term relationships and providing strategic and methodological input across engagements • Monitor industry trends, HTA, payer, and evolving JCA evidence requirements, and competitive landscape to inform service development • Build, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of evidence synthesis statisticians • Oversee project delivery to ensure scientific rigour, client satisfaction and financial performance • Lead complex projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations • Ensure appropriate tools, processes, and methodological standards are in place and continuously improved • Foster collaboration across HEOR, RWE, Epidemiology, Market Access and Biostatistics to deliver integrated solutions • Represent RTI-HS through conference presentations, publications, workshops and webinars • Build the external scientific profile of the ESS capability through active engagement with the research and HTA community including JCA • Contribute to the advancement of evidence synthesis methodologies, promoting innovative approaches that leverage AI, automation, advanced analytics, and other emerging technologies where appropriate • Support development of internal best practices, methodological guidance and reusable intellectual capital.
