• Reporting to the VP of Innovation, the Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining product strategy, incubating initial product line, and bringing to market a GenAI Appeals solution in the Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) category. • You will operate with high autonomy, and be the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for development and launch of a new product line within 12 months. • Define and own Proof of Concept (POC) product strategy and product launch to Beta customers. • Lead go-to-market (GTM) motion for New Product Introduction creating cross-functional alignment amongst sales, operations, engineering, finance, and implementation. • Hands-on customer engagement including regular onsite travel supporting product development, sales activities, and implementation. • Product evangelism through tradeshows, webinars, and thought leadership. • Shape product direction through influence with senior business and technology leaders. • Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, repeatable, and value-creating products. • Own products end‑to‑end from discovery through scale and optimization. • Drive prioritization decisions balancing customer value, business impact, and technical risk. • Lead competitive analysis to inform differentiation and positioning. • Define success metrics and use data to guide strategic decisions. • Align product capabilities to revenue opportunities and customer outcomes. • Product practices and delivery.
