Role Description As a Senior Product Manager on our Data Ingestion & Care Enablement (DICE) team, you will be the connective tissue between our external partners, internal data systems, and the product and care teams that depend on them. You'll own the data integrations and partner relationships that power Thyme Care's ability to identify, enroll, and serve our members — making sure the right data flows to the right teams at the right time. This role sits at the intersection of contracts, data, product behavior, and care workflows. You'll partner closely with payer and provider organizations to acquire and exchange data, define program populations, and ensure our integrations meet both contractual and clinical requirements. Internally, you'll work across our data science, engineering, growth, health economics, and clinical operations teams to translate complex data problems into clear requirements and actionable plans. Additionally, you will: - Own partner data integrations end-to-end: - Lead implementations with payers and providers, managing data ingestion, quality, enrollment logic, and return files from kickoff through go-live and ongoing operations. - Serve as a primary point of contact for external data counterparts: - Negotiate data specifications, troubleshoot issues, and build strong working relationships with partner organizations. - Translate technical complexity into business clarity: - Break down intricate data and integration challenges into actionable requirements that product, engineering, and data science teams can execute against. - Drive cross-functional alignment: - Coordinate across DICE, growth, health economics, clinical operations, and care delivery teams to ensure data-dependent initiatives stay on track. - Build and maintain operational visibility: - Develop monitoring, dashboards, and proactive alerting so the team can shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive management of data quality and integration health. - Own analyses that drive decisions: - Lead work on eligibility reconciliation, claims analysis, enrollment trends, and other data investigations that inform executive and operational decision-making. - Shape the DICE roadmap: - Partner with your team lead to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive multi-quarter projects that improve how Thyme Care acquires, processes, and leverages data. - Leverage AI to accelerate your work: - Stay current with AI tools and capabilities, applying them where they can improve your own productivity and the effectiveness of data workflows. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in product management, data operations, or a related role within healthcare. - Direct experience working with healthcare claims data, eligibility files, and value-based care data in a payer, provider, or health tech environment. - Track record of managing complex data integrations or implementations with external partners. - Experience collaborating closely with data science and data engineering teams; comfortable with SQL and working in data-heavy environments. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple partners and internal stakeholders simultaneously. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa. - Experience operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you had to define the path forward. Requirements - Experience with clinical ontologies or healthcare data standards (nice to have). - Familiarity with data pipeline tools and concepts (e.g., dbt, GitHub Actions) — not as a builder, but as a collaborator (nice to have). - Experience in value-based care contract operations or performance measurement (nice to have). - Background in health economics, actuarial, or clinical data analysis (nice to have). Benefits - Base salary for this role is $148,750-$175,000. - Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. - Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. Company Description At Thyme Care, our core values guide us in everything we do: Act with our members in mind, Move with purpose, and Seek diverse perspectives. They anchor our business decisions, including how we grow, the products we make, and the paths we choose—or don’t choose. We recognize a history of inequality in healthcare. We embrace and celebrate a diversity of perspectives in reflection of our members and the members we serve. We are an equal-opportunity employer.
