• Define, execute, and optimize the architecture and roadmap for critical internal AI infrastructure • Own and evolve open-source AI platforms and customer solutions within Iris AI • Partner with engineering, data science, operations, and customer-facing teams • Engage and align business leaders, tech teams, and customers on new AI-powered capabilities • Ensure products meet stringent compliance, governance, and security standards • Identify opportunities for leveraging AI protocols and multi-agent frameworks
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA)
- Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts
- Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products
- Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products
- Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products
- Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value
