• Own product roadmap and outcomes. • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping develop and grow our product offerings. • Work cross-functionally to support innovation and contribute to the end-to-end product life cycle. • Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure the product meets business needs and translate to developer requirements. • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is built to specification and meets the customer’s needs. • Be the expert in your product space for customers, business leaders, development teams, and other stakeholders to drive product success. • Develop, drive, and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs based on business needs and stakeholder feedback. • Observe and track trends in the marketplace and identify potential outcomes or opportunities that can be supported by an existing product. • Collaborate with product designers to ideate and build prototypes for new features, enhancing user experience. • Lead Agile meetings such as sprint planning, sprint review, etc. • Implement product enhancements using agile principles, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to change.
