• Work with key project stakeholders and the customer to understand the overall business vision for a project and translate that into actionable objectives. • Provide a communication conduit between the business and technical community by interpreting and translating business needs into technical requirements. • Comprehend and document requirements from multiple stakeholders and conceptualize solutions. • Develop deep understanding of current systems and processes and analyze impact of changes as new solutions are introduced to the environment. • Collaborate directly with business owners, sales, QA, and development teams. • Collaborate with other BSAs to manage inter-dependencies across the product suite. • Assist in developing and validating test plans. • Develop and provide product presentations and/or training to existing customer, and potential customers. • Be effective in problem solving. • Coordinate work with software developers, QA and project teams in drafting User Stories and related documentation. • Other duties as assigned. Travel may be required.
Job Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to verify U.S. employment eligibility using Form I-9
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and Common Access Card
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technology related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a software organization, preferably in software development.
- Ability pass a drug test
- Six-month trial/probationary period may be required.
- Prefer experience in working with tools and methodologies specific to the product line(s) assigned.
- Prefer experience in managing products involving large scale data-driven applications.
- Prefer experience in data analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
- Extensive user interface design experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback to develop market sizing, pricing, costing, and ROI analysis.
- Experience with project development methodology (i.e.. Agile, Waterfall, Extreme) preferred.
- Negotiation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation skills to present to and persuade large and diverse audiences.
- Ability to envision, document and clearly communicate end-to-end solutions.
