• On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Drive discovery activities – working with users, design and, technical team members – to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our clients. • Lead cross-functional teams to collaboratively realize product concepts and bring them to market. • Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency • Respond to changing market and business dynamics quickly, with effective collaboration with stakeholders, the delivery team and leadership • Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience working on an external facing software product while in a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner role
- Experience with healthcare staffing, workforce planning, scheduling software, processes or integrations is preferred
- AI/ML experience a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
