Senior Data Engineer

• Architect, build, and maintain our data model, data pipelines, and data access layer that support our care delivery, operations, and analytics in collaboration with the data platform team. • Ensure data quality & governance: implement practices that make our data trustworthy and usable for all stakeholders, from clinicians to operators. • Monitor and optimize data infrastructure: troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and drive efficiency through automation and process enhancements. • Lead with technical depth: review code and set engineering best practices across the team. • Think big picture: design today’s infrastructure with tomorrow’s needs in mind. • Contribute where business needs are highest: flex across the stack, from backend data engineering to occasional contributions in frontend applications that bring data to life. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work with product managers, analytics, operations, and care delivery stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Senior Manager, Product Management

• Own product strategy and outcomes. • Track and interpret key trends in value-based care, healthcare policy, and market dynamics to inform product strategy and prioritization. • Translate company and care-model strategy into clear product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives. • Own stakeholder and user research, utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, pilots and product iterations. • Define and own success metrics (product, operational, and pilot KPIs) in partnership with analytics and stakeholders, using data to guide decisions post-launch. • Make and communicate tradeoff decisions, balancing user needs, business value, effort and scalability while aligning to company strategy. • Partner closely with engineering to explore solutions, collaborate in agile meetings, write technical specs and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. • Influence and align stakeholders across departments, creating clear, concise, and actionable materials to drive momentum and decision-making. • Communicate complex concepts effectively, both written and verbally, to audiences ranging from care team staff to executive leadership. • Coach and develop product managers, setting standards for strong product craft, execution, and ownership across the team.
Director, Talent Acquisition

• Drive performance of our recruitment engine across all employee segments (provider, clinic, and corporate teams) • Lead the recruiting team with a player-coach mentality • Enhance TA reporting to deliver actionable insights and continuous performance improvement on KPIs • Optimize TA workflows and processes for scalability, including identifying and vetting new opportunities to apply generative AI and other technology enhancements • Partner with stakeholders across the business to advance shared goals with collaborative, results-driven mindset • Deliver strong candidate assessment and screening process and an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience for all Hopscotch employee segments • Coach, develop, and performance manage recruiting team to perform to their highest potential and engagement • Partner with Marketing to strengthen Hopscotch’s employer brand positioning • Manage lead generation outreach engine for recruiting, including CRM optimization and campaign management • Set the strategic vision for continuous improvement of Hopscotch’s talent acquisition capabilities
Clinical Recruiter

• Develop and execute creative and high-impact sourcing strategies to identify and attract top clinical talent. • Be the face and voice of the Hopscotch mission and values for prospective Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, and other clinical candidates. • Manage an assigned req load and execute recruitment lifecycle from start to finish to include applicant sourcing, resume review, phone screens, coordinating interviews, negotiations, and offers. • Continuously identify and advocate for ways to improve recruitment process. • Provide best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Partner with Marketing to ensure recruitment-focused marketing campaigns are impactful and well-executed. • Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity. • Partner closely with hiring managers and the full TA team to understand staffing needs and execute targeted sourcing strategies. • Partner with People Operations, Finance, Operations, IT, and others to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. • Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs. • Occasionally attend, engage, and lead activities at in-person events and conferences to support clinical recruiting needs. • Network, engage, and communicate with internal stakeholders and providers to support clinical growth and recruitment efforts.
