Job Description

Product Manager, Code

Figma

Role Description Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. We're looking for deeply technical Product Managers to own the AI Platform that powers Make and the agent: - The distributed developer systems behind Figma Make - The agent infrastructure that integrates frontier models and MCP servers - The eval platform that drives continuous quality across our AI suite - The context platform that personalizes AI outputs to customers' design systems These roles sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure. If you're excited about developer tooling, systems thinking, and building the foundations that other product teams ship on top of, this role is for you. What you'll do at Figma: - Bridge design and code: Own how designs become production-ready code, and how code changes flow back onto the Figma canvas. - Raise the bar on our MCP server: Drive the quality and performance of the platform developers rely on today. - Build for continuous quality: Define the evals and infrastructure that measure how well we translate between design and code. - Grow with our customers: Expand adoption while developing a deep understanding of enterprise workflows. Qualifications - 5+ years in product management, owning products from concept through launch - Shipped measurable quality improvements to a product - The ability to read and reason about code - Led a cross-functional team through delivery of a major initiative end to end - Experience working directly with enterprise customers - Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI-powered coding products Requirements - Excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description Benefits - Equity to employees - Health, dental & vision benefits - Retirement with company contribution - Parental leave & reproductive or family planning support - Mental health & wellness benefits - Generous PTO - Company recharge days - Learning & development stipend - Work from home stipend - Cell phone reimbursement - Sales incentive pay for most sales roles - Annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000 — $303,000 USD Company Description At Figma, we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product, and our community to flourish. Figma is an equal opportunity workplace - we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity/expression, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements. We will work to ensure individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to apply for a role, participate in the interview process, perform essential job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment.

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences. You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data. • Make it all work as one. Sequence the work so the surfaces reinforce each other, build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike, and keep teams aligned so we ship a coherent product rather than the org chart. • Set the standard for what "good" means when products never behave the same way twice. Define the quality bar for agent experiences, and the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold the whole area to it. • Serve developers and creators at the same time. Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual, less-technical creators, without shortchanging either. • Drive alignment across Webflow, not just your own teams. Represent the agent area to leadership, turn strategy into committed plans, and navigate cross-functional disagreement across Engineering, GTM, and beyond independently and constructively. • Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. You'll prototype ideas, ship improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls. • Place durable, multi-year bets as the AI landscape shifts. Models, protocols, and techniques are evolving fast; you'll stay close to customers, tell real standards from fads, and keep raising the bar on how fast and how well we ship. • Raise the bar for the craft around you. Set reusable patterns and standards other teams build on, and mentor PMs and partners as the agent practice grows.
