Role Description
Are you an experienced Benefits professional who enjoys being the “go-to” expert for employees and stakeholders alike? We’re looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality benefits experience for our US and Canada employee population. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine strong customer service, technical benefits knowledge, and process ownership to keep our programmes running smoothly and compliantly.
As Senior Benefits Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of our group benefit programmes, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, FSA and HSA plans. You’ll:

Act as the first point of contact for employee benefit enquiries via email and phone

Manage benefit elections and life event changes, partnering closely with Payroll

Support new hires through benefits enrolment, including running online information sessions

Ensure dependent eligibility documentation is collected and compliant

Reconcile monthly carrier invoices and resolve discrepancies

Process qualifying life events in line with IRC Section 125 (cafeteria plan) requirements

Submit weekly carrier file feeds and support integrations

Play a key role in Open Enrolment planning, communications, audits and system set-up

Maintain accurate benefit records and documentation

Create, review and improve benefits processes as needed

Support ad-hoc benefits projects as the business evolves
Qualifications
-
2+ years’ experience in benefits or benefits-related administration
-
Strong working knowledge of US benefits regulations and practices

Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

High school diploma or GED (degree preferred)
