Lead Marketing Analyst
Social Discovery Group
• Owning marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and actionable insights across the organization • Monitoring key marketing and business performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations • Designing, prioritizing, and evaluating marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall marketing efficiency • Developing, maintaining, and improving analytical and predictive models used in marketing decision-making, including attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation models • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, automating analytical workflows, and implementing best practices in marketing measurement and analytics
Job Requirements
- Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Advanced Google Sheets skills, including confident use of pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Nice to have: Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows
- Experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement
- Experience working with attribution models, paid acquisition channels, and advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Role Description This role exists to help Setmore execute marketing initiatives that don't naturally fit into a single marketing function. From new product initiatives and customer engagement programs to strategic partnerships and special projects, you'll work across the business to turn ideas into execution. This is a varied role that requires someone who's organised, adaptable and enjoys solving new problems. One month you may be helping launch a customer education program. The next you could be supporting Setmore Spark, coordinating partner campaigns or working with Product and Customer Success to improve customer adoption. We're looking for someone who enjoys building new initiatives from the ground up. You'll work with multiple teams, coordinate moving pieces and ensure projects move forward without losing momentum. This isn't a reporting role.
