Role Description Spreetail is looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist to help ensure regulatory readiness and classification accuracy to support the safest, most dependable, and cost-effective import operations within Transportation. - Assign accurate HTS classifications using GRIs, section/chapter notes, explanatory notes, administrative rulings, and CBP guidance. - Validate PGA implications (FDA, EPA, CPSC, etc.) and admissibility requirements. - Screen for AD/CVD exposure using ACE and Federal Register sources. - Conduct structured research on tariff updates, regulatory changes, trade actions, and PGA requirements. - Review product information (materials, construction, function, specifications) to ensure necessary details are available for accurate classification. Qualifications - Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure, GRIs, section/chapter notes, explanatory notes, CROSS rulings, and binding precedent. - Skilled at identifying product nuances that affect classification and admissibility. - Familiar with PGA requirements and able to identify agency-specific risks or restrictions. - Able to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research. - High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions, materials, images, and brand specifications. • Lead the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans. • Manage equity compensation programs, specifically focusing on UARs and RSUs. • Perform rigorous monthly invoice reconciliations; identify root causes of discrepancies and implement long-term fixes. • Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to ensure seamless benefit deductions, retroactive adjustments, and data integrity. • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity to drive data-driven decision-making. • Ensure 100% compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Support annual filings, audits, and vendor performance evaluations. • Proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers, with supporting documentation in line with contracted terms. • Pull billing and cost data from multiple systems and teams (Outbound, Operations, Warehouse) each week and consolidate it into a sensible, well-organised format. • Check every billing file and invoice for formula accuracy, internal consistency, and alignment with the contract before it moves forward, including a final sense check for anything that looks unusual. • Submit billing files and invoices for internal approval, then issue approved invoices directly to customers. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on invoice calculations, queries, and contract terms. Work closely with Platform Services account managers to investigate and resolve customer billing queries. Communicate directly with Chinese-speaking customer contacts in Mandarin to clarify billing details and resolve issues.

• Act as a key cross-functional partner to Merchants, Planners, Finance, and Inventory by providing insights and ensuring purchase orders align with business rules. • Synthesize data from various tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Process Street) to inform order-level recommendations and broader purchasing strategy. • Proactively identifying patterns and risks in orders and leading conversations to resolve root causes. • Support process improvements that improve margin, reduce inventory risk, or streamline decision-making across teams. • Optimize the approval process through data analytics and close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize marketing processes and tooling. • Oversee and enhance tools like Promotions Optimization, Alerting Dashboard, Brand Workflow Engine, and Channel Search Optimization. Develop new tools required for new business pursuits or advancing current operations. • Continuously monitor marketing processes and performance through advanced data analytics. Work to produce predictive analytics models that the reporting teams can utilize to support key marketing metrics 1+ year in advance (Impact, Lift%, Suppression Risk, Lost Sales from Alerting, etc.). • Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc marketing decisions, supporting the marketing management team with necessary data and tools. Ensure the analysis explains business drivers ($s) vs. count metrics. • Work closely with departments like Merchandising, Planners, Training, S&T, FP&A, Pricing, and Demand to align marketing management with market demands. Ensure built solutions can scale (reduce time and increase efficiency) through 5+ years.

• Support brand growth by identifying opportunities to increase GMV and helping develop competitive fulfillment solutions that align with each brand's business goals. • Partner with internal teams and brand stakeholders to turn strategic initiatives into actionable plans that drive execution and measurable results. • Manage day-to-day account health by monitoring key performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, proactively addressing issues as they arise. • Build trusted relationships with brand partners, lead regular communications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver an exceptional client experience. • Prepare and present business performance reporting with actionable insights, lead weekly business reviews, track open action items, and ensure timely follow-up to keep accounts on track.

• We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer or Senior Program Manager to lead the optimization and scaling of our fulfillment network infrastructure. • In this role, you will own the long-term facility design strategy and drive the execution of multi-million-dollar capital projects, from initial concept through automation deployment. • You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, and external vendors to establish network-wide engineering standards that maximize density and throughput. • If you have a strong background in layout engineering, capital expenditure (CapEx) management, and data-driven process improvement, this role offers the opportunity to directly shape our network's operational footprint.

We're building this from scratch, and we want someone who helps write the playbook.
