Marketing Analyst, Web Acquisition

• Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns • Search for growth points in marketing metrics • Build and automate marketing dashboards • Analyze the quality of acquired traffic and its monetization • Develop recommendations for the marketing team • Test hypotheses on ad campaign optimization together with the User Acquisition team • Draw conclusions and propose solutions that improve traffic-buying efficiency and marketing ROI
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or product analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
- Solid understanding of statistics
- Experience with Python
- Understanding of web attribution and performance marketing
- Experience collaborating with User Acquisition teams and supporting data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to identify root causes of changes, not just describe the numbers
- Ability to build and defend clear business conclusions and recommendations
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
