• Analyze marketing performance across channels, including paid acquisition, events, product marketing, and website performance. • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for different marketing teams. • Support marketing stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, metric investigations, and reporting. • Work with acquisition funnels, marketing costs, and attribution models. • Collaborate closely with Sales Analytics and Unit Economics. • Help improve data quality, align metric definitions, and reduce inconsistencies across dashboards and reports. • Support day-to-day analytical needs of marketing teams while contributing to long-term improvements in marketing analytics.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts • Provide pragmatic, risk-calibrated legal guidance • Own and optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process • Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop GTM strategy for North America based on target industries. • Lead and execute regional marketing activities such as field events and content localization. • Establish partner channels and cultivate regional relationships. • Conduct regional research on competitors and market trends. • Gain expertise in local customers and identify growth opportunities. • Implement account-based marketing strategies in collaboration with teams. • Conduct co-marketing campaigns with local partners.
• Reviewing and risk-based assessment of contracts daily. • Supporting RFP procedures and customizing contractual terms. • Drafting and amending contractual templates and internal policies. • Communicating and negotiating with counterparties and stakeholders. • Collaborating with internal teams for contract review processes.
• Monitor and analyze monthly AWS billing data, identify cost spikes, anomalies, and architectural inefficiencies. • Develop, enforce, and maintain a strict global resource tagging policy. • Proactively analyze and manage AWS Savings Plans and Reserved Instances (RIs). • Identify orphaned resources, unused volumes, and idle staging/dev environments. • Collaborate with product and business analysts on mapping infrastructure hosting costs to product revenue.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from data collection to ongoing quality assessment. • Train CV/ML models to detect deepfakes and uncover complex anomaly patterns. • Balance research and speed in model building and heuristic solutions. • Serve models efficiently with FastAPI and PyTorch, integrating with Java backend. • Build and monitor ML pipelines and dashboards with tools like Airflow and ClickHouse.
• Provide legal advice on AML/CFT and other KYC-related frameworks in the EU. • Support implementation of regulatory changes into internal policies, controls, and product requirements. • Participate in regulatory initiatives. • Interpret and translate regulatory developments into actionable guidance. • Address compliance queries from internal teams. • Draft, review, and maintain internal compliance policies.
