• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and key customers. • Help partners and customers achieve their goals. • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. • Identify growth opportunities and potential risks. • Support feature rollouts and collect feedback on product needs. • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.

• Lead and develop Sumsub’s CS Partnership function, combining strategic ownership with hands-on involvement in key partner topics. • Manage a small team of Customer Success Partnership Managers, including role clarity, coaching, performance management and capacity planning. • Stay closely involved in partner operations, including production performance, adoption, escalations, and expansion opportunities. • Build and improve practical processes for partner onboarding, production support, engagement models, and partner-related CRM standards. • Act as the key Customer Success point of contact for partner-related initiatives. • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Finance on partner growth, technical escalations, reporting, billing and commercial topics. • Track partner performance, health, revenue impact and risks.

• Share open jobs on the website and job boards, and keep updated. • Search for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and employee referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct first interviews. • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. • Update Applicant Tracking System daily.

• Production environment setup and deployment for transaction monitoring solutions. • Design and implementation of TM rules aligned with AML compliance. • Implement risk matrix for dynamic risk scoring of transactions. • Provide expert-level consulting and integration support throughout the lifecycle. • Perform integration testing and validation to meet customer requirements.

• Effectively interact with users, including both verbal and written communication. • Safeguard data, ensuring confidentiality and security. • Adherence to legal regulations and company standards. • Paying attention to detail and precision when carrying out tasks. • Continuous updating of knowledge and skills in line with industry and regulatory changes. • Only inbound calls, no outbound calls, chats or emails required. No customer support or complaint handling required. Simply guide the user through all necessary steps.

• Research, pilot, and deploy AI-powered testing tools and LLM-integrated platforms. • Work with DevOps and Engineering teams to automate bug triaging, log analysis, and root cause identification. • Utilize AI to generate synthetic datasets for testing. • Integrate AI coding assistants into the development workflow. • Educate the QA team on AI literacy and the shift to AI supervision.

• Development of data processing algorithms related to remote identification / authentication of individuals. • Improvement and development of internal tools for compliance officers. • Test driven development and A/B testing. • Optimization and automation of CI/CD pipelines. • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.

• Lead Sumsub’s web vision as Web Design Team Lead. • Champion the creative vision and strategic direction of Sumsub's web presence. • Inspire and mentor the Web Design team, setting ambitious quality benchmarks. • Define and execute a comprehensive web design strategy. • Leverage analytics and user insights to optimize the website for growth. • Work as the bridge between the design team and Web Developers. • Establish and uphold the Web Design System. • Clearly articulate the "why" behind web design decisions to stakeholders.

• Design and maintain event tracking and own data modeling pipelines. • Monitor rollouts, run and interpret A/B tests. • Analyze user flows, conversion funnels, and behavioral data. • Work with frontend and backend logs to validate data quality. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers. • Optimize data models and dashboards.
