CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Analyst – B2B

• Own the B2B CRM campaign calendar, leading the ideation, prioritization, and execution of lifecycle initiatives aligned with commercial, product, and customer success objectives. • Design and optimize automated lifecycle programs, including awareness, consideration, conversion and lead nurturing strategies. • Maintain lead scoring frameworks, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle definitions to improve qualification, personalization, and business impact. • Create high-performing CRM communications end-to-end, from messaging strategy and email copywriting to designing in templates, campaign setup, execution, and optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales and Commercial, to ensure marketing automation aligns with overall business goals and sales requirements. • Plan and coordinate webinars and partnership initiatives as part of the broader B2B demand generation strategy. • Develop marketing assets including landing pages and email templates to support demand generation efforts. • Report and monitor CRM metrics via spreadsheets and recurring reports, translating data into actionable insights. • Continuously experiment with new approaches, leveraging AI tools, automation opportunities, and testing frameworks to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer experience. • Update and organize project documentation, sharing lessons learned from campaigns with stakeholders to support continuous improvement. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Job Requirements

  • A marketing professional with experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation within B2B environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with RD Station (mandatory). Knowledge of Pipedrive is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience designing lifecycle programs, including automation logic, lead scoring models, customer segmentation, performance optimization, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets to support B2B campaigns.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end webinar programs, including planning, stakeholder coordination, promotion, execution, and post-event analysis as part of a broader demand generation strategy.
  • Strong experience partnering with Commercial, Sales, and Product Marketing teams, translating business needs into scalable CRM initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with experience building reports to drive continuous improvement. Solid Google Analytics experience is mandatory.
  • An exceptional communicator with strong email copywriting and design skills, with experience creating high-performing customer communications within established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders (will work directly with the Italy market).
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, leverages AI tools to improve productivity and quality, and takes ownership from strategy through execution.
  • Curious about and experienced with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) — you go beyond basic usage and apply them critically and intentionally across all stages of your work, from strategic planning to copy refinement and results analysis.
