Title: Senior Solution Deployment Strategist (Healthcare) Location: Bellevue, WA Hybrid Department: Product Job Description: Life at UiPath The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? About the Role We're building a Healthcare Vertical Solutions team that turns AI-powered automation into measurable revenue cycle outcomes for health systems and payers. We're looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist to embed with our customers, take our RCM solutions — denials management, prior authorization, claims submissions, referral management, and more — from concept to scaled, hardened deployment, and feed everything we learn back into the product. This is a hybrid role at the seam between product, customer, and delivery. You'll be the person who understands a customer's revenue cycle process, identifies where our software has the biggest impact, builds and iterates with users to make sure the solution actually works for them, and represents UiPath with senior client leadership. You'll sit on the same team as our Healthcare Solutions PMs and work in lockstep with them. What You'll Do Customer Discovery & Solution Design - Deeply understand each client's RCM operations — workflows, systems, people, pain points — and identify where UiPath's solutions can drive the highest-impact outcomes - Design user-centric applications around the problems and gaps in their existing workflow - Translate messy real-world processes into clear, repeatable solution patterns Build, Iterate, and Scale - Implement UiPath's HLS solutions and other UiPath product capabilities in customer environments — configure, integrate, and adapt to local workflows - Iterate rapidly with end users to validate that what we're building is what they actually want and need - Scale validated solutions across customer locations and downstream customers; establish repeatable deployment playbooks Customer Relationship & Executive Engagement - Manage the day-to-day client relationship and drive adoption across user teams - Represent UiPath with senior client leadership — VPs of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, CIOs, CMIOs — and translate executive priorities into deployment decisions - Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables end-to-end Product Feedback Loop - Partner closely with Healthcare Solutions PMs and engineering to surface gaps, validate hypotheses, and shape the product roadmap with field signal - Capture and codify learnings so each deployment makes the next one faster What You'll Bring Required Qualifications - 5+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management — at a health system, payer, EHR vendor, consulting firm, or implementation partner - Hands-on RCM process expertise: claims submission, denials categorization and resolution, prior authorization, charge capture, payer policy logic - Direct experience implementing software solutions inside health systems or payers — you've owned a deployment, not just observed one - Comfort working at the intersection of technology, operations, and clinical/administrative workflows - Strong project management instincts and customer-facing communication skills — you can run a workshop with VPs and a working session with end users in the same day - Strategic thinking paired with willingness to roll up your sleeves and build - Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules - Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and shipping over polishing Compensation - $150K – $215K The anticipated base salary range for this position is between the amounts in the Compensation Tier. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

After spending years developing our cloud-based application, Syllo’s applications are now being used by a wide range of legal professionals – from the largest law firms in the world to the most prestigious law schools. We are a lean, fast-moving, and multi-disciplinary startup led by exceptional lawyers and engineers that joined Syllo from AmLaw 100 law firms and technology companies like Google and Palantir. We hold each other accountable to achieve ambitious goals in a timely way while treating one another with respect and understanding. Role Description Make the complex case for the most technical platform in Litigation AI. This role owns technical credibility in the enterprise sales cycle. You will partner with Strategic Sales Executives to: - Run discovery - Design proof-of-concept workflows - Deliver demos tied to specific buyer problems - Answer technical questions from legal IT, security, and compliance teams We are looking for someone who can build and explain — who understands how AI systems work, how legal data environments are structured, and how to translate both for a General Counsel who has never touched a command line. Domain knowledge in eDiscovery or legal tech is a strong advantage. What you will do - Own technical discovery: - Identify the buyer's technical environment, integration requirements, security posture, and implementation constraints before the demo. - Deliver problem-first demos: - Build and present demonstrations tied to the specific matter workflow, data type, and buyer pain — not a feature tour. - Run proof of concept: - Design and execute POC engagements that answer the technical objections that block deals. - Support security and compliance review: - Navigate VSQ processes, security questionnaires, and IT review cycles at AmLaw firms and Fortune 500 accounts. - Build reusable assets: - Document discovery frameworks, demo environments, and POC templates. The next SA should inherit a better toolkit. Qualifications - Technical depth and communication range: You can explain a vector database to a senior engineer and explain why it matters to a General Counsel — in the same conversation. - Enterprise pre-sales experience: You have supported complex sales cycles, not just product demos. You know what a security review looks like from both sides. - Problem-framing discipline: You do not demo features. You demonstrate outcomes tied to specific buyer problems. - Legal domain fluency: You understand eDiscovery workflows, litigation data structures, and why legal buyers care about privilege, chain of custody, and data residency. - Builder instinct: Hands-on experience with code, data pipelines, or infrastructure is a strong differentiator. Requirements - 3+ years of enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience. - Demonstrated delivery of technical demos and proof of concepts in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles. - Experience with AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or legal technology preferred. - Ability to navigate security and compliance review processes (SOC 2, ISO 27001, VSQ) is a strong plus. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Benefits - Compensation: $175,000, variable comp, + equity options. - Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary insurance options. - Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays. - Access to benefit counselors and fitness class reimbursements. - Annual learning and development budget and real career growth in a fast-scaling organization. Company Description Syllo is defining the Litigation AI category. We are the first unified platform designed to autonomously manage the entire litigation lifecycle end-to-end. Founded in 2019 by a team of litigators and engineers, Syllo enables legal teams to securely harness the power of AI across any matter, regardless of complexity or scale. Our technology supports Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 firms managing their most complex litigation portfolios. Awarded ILTA Transformative Project of the Year and ALM eDiscovery Technology of the Year for 2026, we are the market leader in enterprise-grade litigation AI. Backed by top-tier VCs, we are at a clear inflection point — the team has doubled in the last six months and growth is accelerating.
