• Partner with Sales leaders to improve operating cadence across pipeline reviews, forecast management, territory planning, and performance tracking • Own and optimize core sales processes, including opportunity management, stage definitions, inspection workflows, pipeline hygiene, and key handoffs across teams • Build and maintain trusted reporting and dashboards that help leaders understand pipeline health, conversion, bookings performance, and risk areas • Translate business questions into clear analyses and actionable recommendations for Sales leadership • Identify gaps in process, data quality, and system design, then drive practical solutions that improve visibility and execution • Support quota, coverage, and territory planning processes in partnership with Growth, Finance, and leadership stakeholders • Improve Salesforce data quality and process consistency to ensure reporting is credible, scalable, and useful • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, Finance, Analytics, and Enablement to improve upstream and downstream go-to-market workflows • Drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and operating expectations through documentation, training, and change management • Help evaluate and operationalize AI and automation use cases that improve seller productivity and management visibility

• Understanding and completing all affiliated tasks with Concierge Referrals. Your daily duties will include; understanding members’ preferences and finding and presenting high quality providers • Work with a scheduling team to schedule appointments on the member’s behalf, and ensure the member is supported through their health care journey. • Balance velocity and quality performance targets while delighting your members • Understands and meets (or exceeds) all service level agreements • Be extremely detail oriented. You will be expected to gather accurate data and information from provider offices; including new patient availability, insurance contracts, conditions treated and more • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is subject to rapid change. • Demonstrate problem solving, open and clear communication, and good judgment to appropriately manage your responsibilities. • Work with our Records Team to assist members in collecting their records to forward to their new providers • Collaborate with peers within the Member Care Advocates, Records Specialist, Clinical, Quality and Training teams • Have a focus on and drive continuous improvement, constantly questioning how and why we do things and suggest alternatives that improve the customer experience, efficiency, etc. • Continue to grow and create value within the role to leverage and improve upon the skills you already have, to take on new responsibilities, to build subject matter expertise and to experience different types of thought leadership • Discuss additional benefits offered to Included Health members and connect them with appropriate departments

• Lead the clinicians supporting maternal and pediatric populations and provide clinical and operational leadership for the maternal and pediatric complex care programs. • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical standards, evidence-based care pathways, and educational materials across maternal and pediatric health programs. • Manage clinicians against clear performance expectations, including productivity, documentation, clinical quality, and safety standards. • Partner with other clinical leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordination across service lines for members with multi-specialty needs. • Serve as the clinical authority for maternal and pediatric care/case management programs and provide oversight of clinical standards, escalations, and care pathways across both domains.
