• Lead digital health solutions and laboratory informatics implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and business objectives. • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate activities across sales, service, delivery, and implementation teams. • Partner with customer IT and laboratory stakeholders to support LIS integrations and connectivity initiatives. • Collaborate on implementations involving laboratory information systems including EPIC Beaker, Cerner, Meditech, Sunquest, Soft, and comparable platforms. • Support deployment of diagnostic instruments, laboratory automation solutions, middleware applications, and digital health technologies.

• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary hardware programs – coordinating mechanical, thermal, electrical, supply chain, and manufacturing teams – while aligning requirements, driving schedules, and ensuring successful delivery of integrated rack, network, and cooling solutions • Develop and maintain bill of materials (BOMs), cable BOMs, alternate sourcing strategies, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs) • Assemble, fit‑check, and mechanically integrate complex rack systems, including liquid loop components, quick‑disconnects, manifolds, and power distribution • Manage relationships with mechanical L11 component vendors, including rack, PDUs, switches, cables, and packaging solutions • Lead L11 rack shock and vibration qualification efforts, partnering with third-party test laboratories to develop test plans, obtain quotations, align on pass/fail criteria, and ensure test methodologies are appropriately benchmarked against applicable ASTM, ISTA, and other relevant industry standards • Create technical documentation, including rack assembly instructions, 2D mechanical drawings, test reports, SOPs, and customer‑facing specifications • Participate in customer engagements and site visits to understand deployment constraints (white-glove services) and gather feedback for design improvements • Lead the specification and validation of rack‑level power architecture, including power distribution unit (PDU) selection, detailed power budget and load‑balancing calculations (wye vs. delta, 3ph vs. 1ph), and compatibility with global power plug and connector standards • Understanding of rack installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in rack mechanical infrastructure • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures or field issues • Collaborate with compliance and certification teams to ensure mechanical designs meet global regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CE, ISTA, ASTM)

• Lead end-to-end platform architecture across planning domains in alignment with enterprise priorities • Develop scalable solution designs that meet defined business and technical requirements • Define architecture patterns for model structure, ALM, performance, and modular design across the platform • Ensure Anaplan solutions remain aligned to enterprise planning architecture, platform standards, and long-term scalability goals • Lead technical design for integrations with Snowflake, Power BI, ERP, CRM, and HR systems in partnership with Data Engineering • Define enterprise planning data model standards, including hierarchies, structures, and governance controls • Monitor data consistency, usability, and scalability across connected systems • Set modeling standards, guardrails, and best practices for enterprise Anaplan solutions • Govern ALM, release management, and deployment controls across the Anaplan platform • Ensure audit readiness, data security, SOX alignment, and control compliance across solution design and platform operations • Provide enterprise technical leadership across Anaplan initiatives, architecture decisions, and platform changes • Direct model builders and architects on design decisions, build quality, and issue resolution • Own platform performance, reliability, and scalability reviews and proactively address technical risks • Partner with Product Ownership, FP&A, IT, and leadership on planning solutions • Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making forums • Influence stakeholders to align solution decisions with business outcomes, platform standards, and enterprise priorities • Shape the Anaplan platform roadmap by translating enterprise priorities into technical plans, sequencing, and implementation direction • Drive Connected Planning strategy through architecture direction, platform recommendations, and solution enablement • Identify opportunities for automation and integration • Mentor architects and model builders and raise technical capability across the Anaplan delivery team • Document and reinforce delivery standards, modeling practices, and technical playbooks • Provide technical oversight for vendor and partner contributions to ensure adherence to architecture and delivery standards • Lead platform governance, auditability, and control execution through defined technical processes and standards
