Enterprise Solutions Engineer – MSP
NinjaOne
• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for MSP and enterprise accounts • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive channel growth • Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value • Support the review and alignment of technical content within RFPs and RFIs • Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product • Build and maintain reusable technical assets • Represent NinjaOne at MSP and IT channel events
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in a pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role supporting MSP or enterprise B2B SaaS customers
- Proficiency in Windows environments
- Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
