Role Description The Strategic Solutions Architect, Endpoint Security is a senior specialist role within EMEA Solutions Engineering, dedicated to Cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, and Advanced Threat Protection across NinjaOne's AV integration portfolio. - Blend deep technical authority with cross-functional collaboration. - Own the technical strategy behind AV deals, migrations, and onboarding. - Operate across the full customer lifecycle - from pre-sales technical validation through onboarding, migration, and post-sales escalation. - Work closely with Product Management to ensure the roadmap reflects EMEA customer and market realities. Location: remote, anywhere in Germany; travel required for vendor engagements, trade shows, and prospect/customer visits. What You’ll be Doing - Serve as the go-to resource for all Endpoint Security-related topics across the EMEA region, for both internal teams and customers. - Maintain expert-level understanding of SentinelOne, Bitdefender GravityZone, CrowdStrike, and the Vulnerability Importer. - Handle intricate customer requirements and custom Endpoint Security integration challenges. - Lead onboarding and advanced training sessions for customers deploying AV solutions. - Act as the lead SE for AV deals involving a high number of endpoints or complex security requirements. - Support Product Specialists and Customer Success Managers by running product demonstrations. - Own the operational follow-through on AV deals. - Act as the primary owner for all SentinelOne migration tickets across the region. - Serve as the escalation point when another SE is leading an integration and encounters issues. - Conduct training for Solutions Engineers to ensure the team is confident and effective. - Assess team training needs based on observed gaps or customer feedback. - Share best practices, technical tips, and emerging Endpoint Security trends. - Partner with Marketing on webinars, trade shows, and talks related to AV and Endpoint Security. - Work with Revenue Enablement to shape onboarding and learning paths for security topics. - Support the Support organization on recurring AV-related tickets and trends. - Act as a technology evangelist, communicating the value of NinjaOne's Endpoint Security capabilities. - Other duties as needed. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, with demonstrated specialization in Cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, or Advanced Threat Protection. - Advanced knowledge of endpoint security vendors and their product offerings (SentinelOne, Bitdefender, CrowdStrike, or comparable platforms). - Proven ability to manage complex, high-endpoint-count AV deals and migrations from pre-sales through onboarding. - Strong technical documentation skills; comfortable owning Dojo and product documentation content. - High proficiency in building trusted relationships with partners and vendors. - Experience conducting training or enablement sessions for peer Sales Engineers or Sales teams. - Comfortable operating with autonomy across a fast-evolving product and threat landscape. - Ability to travel for trade shows, vendor visits, and prospect/customer meetings. - Professional fluency in English required; French proficiency a strong plus. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience considered. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Greenhouse Implementation Consultant (1099 Contractor) to lead the implementation of Greenhouse across our global Talent Acquisition organization. You will serve as the technical implementation lead, partnering closely with various teams to successfully deliver Greenhouse while ensuring hiring continues without interruption. This is a high-ownership, hands-on implementation role requiring deep Greenhouse expertise, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional project management skills.
