• Prepare, contribute to and/or lead implementation design sessions with customers for Supply Chain Management (to include Procurement, Sales, Product, Inventory, Warehouse and Transportation Management) processes. • Experience with Project Management & Accounting (PMA) is highly desirable. • Experience with Production Control, Master Planning and Engineering Change Management (ECN) also desirable. • Rapidly configure, test and help train Client SME’s on D365FSC areas listed above. • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive towards a solution. • For identified gaps to application functions, distill down and document functional design requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD’s) and lead discussions with technical team members for design feasibility and development estimates. • Coordinate with technical staff for application build, test, and deploy activities. • Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities. • Drive test planning and execution. • Work closely with Project and Program Managers and exhibit leadership in managing scope and assigned workstream/business processes • Proven ability/experience in working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

• Support large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) programs ($2.5M+) • Drive Agile execution and facilitate Scrum ceremonies • Manage project coordination activities to improve delivery efficiency and team productivity • Enable Project Managers to focus on financials, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes

• Engage Dynamics 365 customers who are live, partially deployed, or underutilizing the platform. • Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, modernization, or adjacent workloads (Finance, Supply Chain, CE, Power Platform). • Position Ludia Consulting as a trusted advisor, not a transactional reseller. • Lead structured discovery conversations to understand customer pain points, business priorities, and operational challenges. • Walk prospects through Dynamics 365 capabilities, differentiators, and real-world use cases relevant to their industry and maturity level. • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and ROI-driven value narratives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft sellers, managers, and solution specialists. • Participate in planned Microsoft cadence calls, account planning sessions, and opportunity alignment meetings. • Support co-sell motions by providing customer insights, use-case alignment, and opportunity shaping. • Drive conversion from discovery to sales-qualified opportunities using Ludia’s CRM and internal collaboration tools. • Coordinate opportunity briefings, internal handoffs, and stakeholder alignment. • Support opportunity strategy, next-step definition, and closure planning. • Provide field insight and customer perspective to support marketing campaigns, industry events, and Microsoft-sponsored initiatives. • Assist with event targeting, account selection, and follow-up strategy. • Represent Ludia Consulting at conferences, onsite meetings, and community events as needed.

• Execute project delivery in a client-interacting role with functional analysis, process review, and business process performance optimization. • Collaborate with internal staff and leaders to deliver best-in-class Ludia Product Solutions for our clients. • Collaborate with Delivery team in the implementation of data migration and translation, data integration, training and custom development and reports. • Conduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes. • Write business process design documents and workflows. • Implement technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CE/ Sales and projects with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency using development best practices. • Provide community subject matter expertise on Dynamics 365 CE/Sales/ Project Operations (and related) technologies by presenting online blog posts. • Demonstrate the ability to develop a strong working relationship with Ludia customers

• Create business performance and process diagnostics and assessments. • Attending and developing implementation design sessions with customers for Warehouse, Supply Chain and Transportation Management (TMS) processes. • Configure, test and train customers on D365F&SC warehouse, supply chain and TMS implementation solution design. • Document high-level requirements to discuss with developers for technical feasibility to estimate time and delivery estimates. • Write comprehensive developer tasks with defined requirements for successful execution. • Developing and testing of detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes, e.g. • Implement product information management • Implement Manufacturing/Distribution • Implement inventory management • Implement and manage supply chain processes • Implement (advanced) warehouse management and transportation management • Implement Master planning • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive toward a solution. • Coordinating with technical staff for application build, test, and deploy activities. • Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities. • Drive test planning and execution. • Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of a process, technology, strategy, and organizational changes.
