Role Description
The Regional Architect Manager leads a team of approximately 10 Solutions Architects in the Southeast United States, serving as both a hands-on technical leader and a people-first manager within Insight's North America Infrastructure Solutions organization. This role is part of Insight's presales Solutions Engineering and Architecture function, which designs outcome-based solutions that address complex client challenges across five core infrastructure domains:
-
Cloud, Compute & Storage
-
Security
-
Managed Services
-
AI & Automation
-
Networking, IoT & Edge
Reporting to the Regional Architect Director, this manager serves as the critical link between Insight's regional sales teams and its technical delivery capabilities. The Regional Architect Manager ensures that every client engagement in the Southeast is grounded in architecturally sound, business-aligned solutions while building a high-performing team culture rooted in technical excellence, continuous learning, and Insight's core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony.
This is a true player/coach role. The Regional Architect Manager combines a diverse technical and industry background with a deep understanding of how technology impacts business environments — remaining hands-on in client-facing solution design while also providing coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership to Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across a broad spectrum of technology and business.
This leader partners closely with regional Services Sales Directors, Market Development Executive (MDE) teams, and Insight's broader go-to-market leadership to drive services-led pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and elevate Insight's position as a trusted solutions partner across the Southeast.
Location: Fully remote with travel across the Southeast United States to support client engagements, team development, and regional sales collaboration. Additional travel may be required for national team meetings, partner summits, and industry events.
