Role Description Join us as a Payment Data Analyst and take ownership of developing and strengthening Zeely’s payment analytics. We’re looking for a strong hands-on analyst who can turn complex payment and billing data into clear metrics, automated dashboards, and actionable insights that help the business understand payment performance, identify issues, and uncover opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities - Define and monitor key payment KPIs through automated reports and dashboards. - Analyze payment and user data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. - Investigate payment performance, including failed transactions, decline reasons, and conversion patterns. - Conduct ad hoc analyses to support product, finance, and business decisions. - Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Build and maintain reporting tables, data models, and visualization structures that can be used across the business. - Ensure payment data is accurate, consistent, and presented in a clear, business-friendly format. Qualifications - 3-4+ years of experience in payment analytics, working with payment, billing, or transaction data. - Strong SQL skills and experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets. - Hands-on experience with data visualization, reporting, and statistical analysis. - Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Practical experience with dbt. - Python knowledge would be a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and identify root causes. - A high level of ownership and the ability to work independently in an evolving environment. - Clear and confident communication skills, including presenting findings, discussing ideas, and keeping stakeholders updated. - Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach to improving processes and analytics. - Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, along with fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day communication with the team.
