• Collaborate closely with our case management team to work up settlement-eligible clients, evaluating decision points such as reviewing notes, medical records, and related documentation to determine case progression. • Manage client interactions during the offer process for settlement offers generated by the case management team, ensuring clear communication and support throughout. • Coordinate with Case Managers, legal assistants, and other team members to execute casework efficiently and effectively. • Serve as the on-call attorney as part of the elevation rotation once every 1-2 weeks. • Interact with clients, outside counsel, experts, and vendors as necessary to support case resolution. • Contribute to refining the firm’s settlement processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. • Assist the Chief of Litigation Services with coordinating and assigning litigation support tasks to paralegals and legal assistants while ensuring quality, timely completion of tasks. • Mentor, train, and provide substantive guidance to legal support staff, helping to strengthen litigation skills, procedural knowledge, and overall performance. • Manage and support all phases of litigation from an operational and procedural standpoint, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, arbitration, trial preparation, and appellate procedures. • Support trial and hearing preparation by overseeing pretrial filings, managing trial transcripts, and compiling, organizing, and tracking trial exhibits. • Assist with drafting, reviewing, preparing, filing, and organizing pleadings, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents using Microsoft Word, CM/ECF, and related systems. • Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw and other sources to support attorneys and litigation teams. • Perform detailed cite-checking and quality control of legal documents, including Bluebook compliance, Shepardizing authorities, and verifying the accuracy of quoted material and cited exhibits. • Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, expert materials, attorney notebooks, and related documents in both hard copy and electronic case-management systems. • Implement and maintain organizational systems for case calendars, filings, correspondence, and litigation materials using firm software and tools. • Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors as needed in support of litigation activities. • Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to develop efficient procedures and improve litigation support workflows. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide day-to-day support for line-of-business applications, with an emphasis on Twilio Flex, Salesforce, and custom internal tools. • Troubleshoot application issues including call flows, agent states, integrations, authentication, permissions, and performance problems. • Investigate and resolve incidents related to Twilio Flex components such as TaskRouter, Studio flows, voice/SMS routing, and third-party integrations. • Follow established incident management and escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution. • Escalate complex or systemic issues to engineering or vendor teams with clear documentation, reproduction steps, and impact analysis. • Provide feedback on application usability, supportability, and recurring pain points. • Participate in testing and validation of changes that impact Twilio Flex and related workflows. • Contribute to the internal knowledge base to reduce repeat issues and improve self-service for end users. • Document fixes, workarounds, and configuration details for Twilio Flex and related systems.
