Role Description As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) on Coalition’s Talent team, you will lead full-cycle hiring for high-impact roles across Engineering, Product, Security, Data, and adjacent technical functions. You will anchor searches from initial intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close, acting as a strategic business partner to hiring managers in a highly competitive market. We’re a nimble team utilizing AI and related tools on a daily basis to help automate manual tasks so we can focus on what matters: hiring manager relationships, building efficient interview processes & speaking with high quality candidates. You should excel at crafting relationships from scratch and move quickly at the top of funnel. Within the first 30 days you’ll learn to pitch the Coalition story, master the ideal candidate profile and translate that into robust pipelines at every stage. Each day you’ll be spending time in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, Glean and more. This is a contract role but we fully expect you to build deep, meaningful relationships with hiring leaders and act as a true business partner to drive quality hiring outcomes.
