• Own end-to-end product marketing and demand generation execution for the AISim business unit, with minimal oversight • Build the positioning, assets, and programs that establish SandboxAQ as a credible and compelling player in the AI simulation market • Partner closely with product, science, and commercial teams to translate complex technical capabilities into buyer-facing value • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging by persona for AI Simulation offerings, translating technical capabilities into buyer-facing value • Create campaign and content assets across the funnel (including outbound emails, webinar copy, launch materials, one-pagers, sales sheets, blog content, and website messaging) to drive awareness and pipeline • Lead product and feature launch planning, including narrative development, proof points, and cross-functional coordination with product, growth, and business development teams • Write and maintain sales enablement materials such as collateral, talking points, battlecards, and objection-handling resources that equip the commercial team to engage buyers effectively • Drive demand generation efforts through outbound email programs, webinars, and nurture content, while contributing to customer proof through case studies, white papers, and thought leadership assets

• Define and own the Data Platform roadmap across ingestion, auto-detection, schema reconciliation, and lineage • Own the CRO and lab-partner ingestion-template product and the auto-matching UX, so partner data is usable the moment it lands • Drive dataset-level provenance, sensitivity tagging, and field-of-use governance • Design experiment-integration API schemas in partnership with the BioSim and ChemSim teams • Own the federated data-management product that enables IP-safe data sharing across partners • Define and track the metrics that matter including but not limited to time-to-usable per dataset, auto-match accuracy, and lineage completeness

• Set and own end-to-end platform strategy, vision, and roadmap across BioSim and ChemSim, including build-vs-buy decisions. • Hire, grow, and lead a team of 5-6 PM ICs across ML Platform, Data, Agentic, Core Infrastructure, Trust, and Partner Integrations — driving key deliverables personally until the team is fully ramped. • Balance competing internal and external customer needs across several distinct domains. • Establish a data-driven operating rhythm: define the metrics that matter, present them in business reviews, bridge variances to OKRs, and drive course corrections.

• Conduct advanced simulations using DFT, MD, enhanced sampling methods, and ML-based approaches. • Model surface reactions, interfacial degradation mechanisms, and electrochemical processes. • Develop and deploy computational workflows for high-throughput materials screening, reaction modeling, and materials optimization. • Lead high-fidelity data generation campaigns.

• Conduct advanced simulations using DFT and MD for solid-state materials, with a focus on predicting properties for solid-state electrolytes and interfacial degradation reactions. • Employ data-driven approaches to analyze large datasets derived from computational simulations and experiments to uncover new insights into materials behavior. • Conduct high-fidelity data generation campaigns and develop ML force fields for solid-state materials. • Guide and scope projects with clear deliverables alongside agile teams. • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to independently prototype and scale cutting-edge, impactful materials design solutions. • Generate and evaluate hypotheses to assist design decisions and influence project direction by developing and deploying computational methods and workflows. • Effectively present and communicate research findings through scientific talks, blog posts, client-oriented presentations, and peer-reviewed publications.

• Help manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timelines are met and issues are proactively identified and resolved. • Lead the build-out of accounting and reporting processes needed to support government-funded and cost-reimbursable work, including developing frameworks for project costing, indirect rate calculations, and identifying allowable vs. unallowable costs. • Develop processes to track, reconcile, and report costs in a manner that is supportable under government audit and reimbursement requirements including tracking and reviewing the accumulation of direct and indirect costs. • Help document and operationalize processes so controls are not only designed appropriately but also executed consistently. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for financial audits, government audits, and any future Single Audit / Yellow Book-related requirements if applicable. • Partner with Finance leadership to assess process gaps and lead the development of documentation, policies, and operating procedures needed to remediate those gaps in advance of new government awards or reporting requirements. • Partner with program, operations, legal, and external advisors on government accounting considerations, reporting expectations, and implementation needs. • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to improve scalability, control, and reporting quality. • Help ensure the finance organization can support a high-growth company with increasing complexity while maintaining a practical, business-oriented approach.

• Own the scientific charter and technical roadmap for the Magnets vertical, including phase stability, magnetocrystalline anisotropy, finite-temperature coercivity, and microstructure engineering across Fe- and Co-based intermetallic systems with U.S.-accessible alloying elements. • IP Engine Management: Oversee the translation of generative design outputs into a robust IP portfolio, ensuring the team owns the most valuable "white space" in substrate chemistry and structural design. • Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of research scientists, computational/ML scientists, and postdocs; set the scientific bar, run technical reviews, and develop talent toward NewCo readiness. • Specify and prioritize the magnetism-aware LQM, datageneration, and multi-scale modeling capabilities required from the AISim platform; serve as the senior scientific counterpart to Platform Engineering and DataGen Research for this vertical. • Lead scientific engagement with national lab and industrial partners (e.g., NHMFL, domestic magnet producers, ASML, defense primes), translating partner constraints into well-posed scientific problems and delivering partner-grade results. • Architect the feedback loops between computational modeling and experimental lab validation to accelerate the Design-Build-Test-Learn (DBTL) cycle. • Work closely with the commercial team to identify buyers for our novel IP, structuring high-value licensing agreements and co-development partnerships. • Author the external scientific narrative of the vertical for quarterly updates, peer-reviewed publications, conferences, and prospective NewCo investors; protect scientific rigor and IP integrity throughout.

• Partner with scientific teams to audit workflows, diagnose technical blockers, and take full accountability for the end-to-end technical execution of client contracts. • Design and deploy high-velocity code to extend existing tools, or build new frameworks for wrapping scientific logic and automating complex R&D workflows. • Serve as the technical translator between non-technical researchers and product teams, validating proposed solutions and ensuring they meet rigorous scientific requirements. • Own the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based compute resources and data pipelines, ensuring stability and performance throughout the contract lifecycle. • Lead the integration of internal core technologies, such as LQMs and Agentic systems, into bespoke client environments to solve major scientific challenges.
