Role Description In this role as a Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team, you are responsible for delivering and sustaining a capability in the Middle East that meets our customers’ mission requirements and exceeds their expectations. You fulfill this responsibility through rigorous operational execution, detail orientation, proactive communication, deep mission understanding, and hard-won product expertise. You feel ownership over the health and performance of all assets and technologies deployed to your customers and users, and ensure that the system delivers when they need it most. You represent Anduril to our customers, building their confidence and trust through your professionalism and commitment to excellence. You also represent our customers back to Anduril, communicating user feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve our product and our team in response to evolving mission needs. Above all, you set the standard for what good looks like for your deployment, and you rally your Anduril teammates to meet that standard every single day. What You’ll Do - Deployment planning and execution: - Orchestrate deployment events, including site installations, test and evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and training and maintenance visits. - Lead a cross-functional team that spans hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and more. - Manage every step of the deployment process, from site survey to testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment. - Demonstrate extraordinary judgment, grit, and composure in high-pressure situations. - Anticipate contingencies, build lightweight processes, assess and mitigate risk, and learn from experiences. - Relationship management: - Operate independently in a high stakes OCONUS environment. - Build trust with customers, industry partners, users, and Anduril teammates through effective communication. - Internalize your counterpart’s priorities and requirements through careful listening and observation. - Develop relationships across the organization and communicate honestly and directly. - Commit to giving and receiving feedback well. - Mission expertise: - Develop a deep knowledge of your customer’s mission requirements, including threats, regulatory challenges, and rules of engagement. - Become a subject matter expert and the voice of the customer. - Effectively communicate requirements and CONOPS to Anduril engineers. - Product expertise: - Develop a thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Anduril’s Family of Systems. - Educate yourself about the strengths and weaknesses of different sensor modalities and challenges of sensor fusion. - Become an opinionated power user who can reliably forecast capability performance against various threat profiles. Qualifications - Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain. - Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills. - Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships. - Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning. - Willing to travel up to 50% of the year: Middle East for ~35%, other travel for ~15%. - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Requirements - Prior experience working in the Middle East with foreign military or civilian partners (preferred). - Arabic speaking a plus (preferred). • You will work as an Airworthiness Engineer to develop and author Airworthiness certification and conformance plans for developmental and production aircraft, supporting Flight Releases, Type Certification, tailored airworthiness, and FAA general use airspace integration. • You and your team will perform technical airworthiness (AW) planning, tracking and verification support within a digital environment. • Airworthiness engineering duties include guiding technical reviews. • You are expected to perform functional and process analyses, requirements allocation and definition studies. • You will ensure the logical and systematic realization of customer airworthiness certification objectives. • You will proactively support and guide all design development towards Airworthiness compliance. • You will develop, author and maintain all Airworthiness activities in a digital environment. • You are expected to develop creative solutions to unique problems.
• Lead a team of engineers and analysts responsible for cyber threat intelligence, adversary tracking, and vulnerability research in support of Anduril's products, infrastructure, and personnel • Set the strategy and roadmap for TAR, balancing long-running adversary tracking programs, opportunistic vulnerability research, and responsive support to partner teams • Serve as DNR's senior point of contact for intelligence requirements from the detection and response, offensive security, and product security teams, translating their needs into prioritized team deliverables • Partner with the detection and response team to ensure intelligence is operationalized into detections, hunts, and response playbooks • Engage cross-functionally with offensive security and product security on red team engagements, product threat modeling, and vulnerability disclosure matters • Provide regular briefings to senior leadership, program stakeholders, and government partners on the threat landscape, adversary activity against Anduril, and the team's assessments • Build and maintain the team's analytic tradecraft, intelligence production standards, and tooling — including threat actor tracking systems, signature development (YARA, Snort, and similar), and intelligence data integration pipelines • Lead complex investigations into targeted threat activity, supply chain compromise, and infrastructure-based campaigns affecting Anduril • Cultivate relationships with external partners across the intelligence community, industry ISACs, and peer defense-industrial-base companies to enable joint capabilities and information exchange • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of intelligence analysts and research engineers
Role Description The Multinational Digital Infrastructure (MDI) team is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining the sovereign and multinational classified systems that power Anduril’s global Maritime and AUKUS missions. As a Full Stack Systems and Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work across complex digital ecosystems, architecting and implementing solutions that integrate seamlessly across Maritime platforms, secure classified environments, and corporate IT systems. What You’ll Do - Software Development & Engineering - Build Frontend Applications: Develop intuitive user interfaces for command-and-control (C2) systems, mission dashboards, and system health monitoring tools that deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders. - Develop Backend and Middleware Services: Design scalable, secure APIs and microservices that enable seamless data flow across heterogeneous networks, edge devices, and cloud environments. - Integrate with Lattice OS: Extend and enhance the Lattice OS platform by building tools and software interfaces to integrate Maritime systems, unmanned vehicles, and classified cloud environments. - Systems Engineering & Integration - Bridge Maritime Platforms and IT Infrastructure: Develop integrations between sensors, mission systems, network devices, and multinational defense environments, ensuring operational data flow between undersea platforms, edge systems, and classified networks. - Implement Secure Networking Solutions: Build and test mesh networking architectures, fault-tolerant data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud systems used in classified operations across sovereign and multinational domains. - Support CorpTech IT Systems: Collaborate with corporate IT and networking teams to ensure operational and administrative systems meet enterprise reliability, scalability, and security requirements. - Global Mission Focus - Support Multinational Deployments: Develop and test solutions that support bilateral and multinational operations in environments such as the U.S., Australia, and UK, focusing on AUKUS joint missions. - Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with hardware, autonomy, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration of Anduril’s products. - Field Support for Exercises & Testing: Participate in multinational exercises and tests to validate software and systems functionality, while troubleshooting integration issues in real time. - Process & Documentation - Develop Technical Documentation: Write clear and concise integration guides, API documentation, software deployment procedures, and best practices that ensure repeatability across engineering teams. - Contribute to R&D: Leverage lessons learned through real-world use to influence the next generation of Lattice and Maritime systems. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or systems integration. - Strong proficiency in frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend development (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, or similar languages). - Experience with systems engineering, including networking, security, and edge/cloud system integrations. - Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems architecture. - Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration solutions. - Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally focused on secure or classified environments. - Working knowledge of network protocols, mesh networking, and/or secure communication paradigms. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% to support field testing, customer engagement, and system deployments. - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with Maritime platforms, including unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), undersea sensors, or submarine combat and support systems. - Previous work with Lattice OS or similar autonomy and sensor fusion operating systems. - Experience working in sovereign cloud environments (e.g., AWS Secret Region, Australian IRAP-compliant builds). - Hands-on support for classified military networks, AUKUS collaboration, or multinational mission systems integration. - Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware/software/network interactions within dynamic, ambiguous operational environments. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
