Job Requirements
- Deeply motivated by CodePath's mission to transform computer science education for an AI-native generation
- 3+ years of talent engagement experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience owning technical roles like software and data engineering, product management, and data science
- Comfort using AI tools in your own work, and a point of view on where they help recruiting and where human judgment has to stay in the loop
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

Role Description Our team owns full-cycle recruiting for technical, R&D roles across Mapbox, partnering closely with engineering & product to bring in the talent that drives our core platform forward. We're a team of 10 recruiters split across the US and Europe, giving us strong regional coverage while operating as one connected global team. As we continue to grow our US presence, this role will play a key part in continuing to scale our recruiting capability in the US and beyond. Work Location: Remote (US-based). Candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) are preferred, but this is not a prerequisite.
