This is a high-paced role, with a large volume of accounts that move quickly across diverse markets and regulatory environments. We're looking for a customer-obsessed, consultative salesperson to own the entire sales process with new and existing customers. This person will be knowledgeable about blockchain intelligence and digital assets, and feel comfortable navigating complex, multi-country processes to close six and seven-figure deals. The impact you will have: - Connect with current and net new key stakeholders within your EMEA territory and identify what matters to them: potential mission applications, budget holders, decision-makers, influencers, and process owners. - Spearhead the implementation of blockchain intelligence into customer workflows, driving towards an intimate understanding of how EMEA customers apply TRM’s tooling and data to proactively improve their success. - Own, plan, execute, and/or quarterback activities to nurture client relationships, feedback loops, referrals, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions. - Create and execute strategic plans for your territory to ensure company goals are met across key revenue and churn metrics while also uncovering new growth opportunities in diverse EMEA markets. - Hone TRM product and customer vertical subject matter expertise to enrich every stage of the sales process—from demonstrations to trials to customer advisory sessions and innovation workshops. - Proactively gather and prioritize customer feedback and champion it within TRM. - Develop a roster of happy customers across the region who will refer new prospects, champion TRM, and provide crucial feedback. Qualifications - At least 6+ years of experience selling SaaS products, or 2 years’ experience accompanied with expert customer domain and mission knowledge and a background in consulting. - Experience with virtual currencies, applications, and their use in financial networks. - Strong knowledge of crypto-native organizations as well as their workflows, procurement processes, and organizational structures, particularly in EMEA. - Strong customer-facing presentation/listening skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior executives. - Familiarity with the European AML regulatory framework (e.g., 5AMLD, MiCA, FATF guidelines) and its application in financial institutions and fintechs. - A knack for storytelling—you understand customer needs and can build and convey compelling value propositions. - Ability to operate a large volume of accounts that develop quickly. - Excitement or fulfillment through developing meaningful client relationships, identifying new use cases, obsessing over customer happiness, meeting new contacts within accounts, and closing deals. - Adaptable—goals can change fast. You anticipate and react quickly. - Autonomous—you own what you work on, move fast, and get things done. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively. - Collaborative—you thrive working cross-functionally and across diverse cultures and organizational levels. Benefits - Our team thrives on collaboration, always looking out for each other by sharing opportunities and competitive insights. - We actively exchange ideas and strategies to boost each other's sales efforts. - Communication is key, and we primarily use Slack, making sure to @mention colleagues for timely responses. - Our routine includes weekly 1-on-1 meetings with managers, bi-weekly team meetings, and monthly Pod meetings with the broader support organization. - We prioritize our customers' missions, and this dedication is reflected in every aspect of our TRM life. - Our team predominantly operates in the UAE GMT timezone, with some members in UK & Europe. - We start our day around 8:00 am and typically finish after 5:00 pm. - While we may work beyond standard hours when necessary, we deeply respect family time and strive not to intrude on it. Manager2 days ago

Role Description At TRM Labs, we’re on a mission to build the best blockchain intelligence on earth — and we’re looking for a seasoned Data Science Manager to lead the charge on one of our most foundational initiatives: connecting blockchain activity to real-world entities with unmatched precision and scale. This team tackles one of the most challenging and high-impact problems in blockchain analytics — combining intelligence, data science, and applied machine learning. The role is a unique blend of technical leadership, product strategy, and people management — perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape how the world understands what’s happening on-chain. The impact you will have: - Lead and mentor a high-performing data science team operating at the intersection of blockchain, intelligence, and machine learning — balancing individual execution with strategic vision. - Drive technical innovation across a diverse stack (e.g., Airflow, BigQuery, Kafka, Python), ensuring our data models and pipelines scale with quality and precision. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and intelligence teams to transform raw blockchain data into insights that power TRM’s products and customer experiences. - Help make TRM the market leader in blockchain Attribution, setting new standards for accuracy, trust, and usability in blockchain data. - Recruit, develop, and retain top talent — and play a critical role in growing the team’s technical and product maturity. Qualifications - Technical depth: You’ve led data science teams in complex, ambiguous environments, and can operate across the stack — from debugging DAGs to modeling strategy. - Product sense: You understand customer problems deeply and can shape product direction through data and experimentation. - Hands-on leadership: You’re not just a people manager. You stay close to the work, unblock your team, and lead by example. - Curiosity & growth mindset: You’re energized by novel problems, seek truth through data, and thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments. - Strong communicator: You make your thinking legible — to engineers, PMs, and executives — and influence through clarity, not volume. Requirements - 4+ years of experience managing data science or ML teams. - Proven experience with large-scale data systems (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake). - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with production code practices (git, testing, notebooks). - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Physics, Engineering). Advanced degree preferred. Benefits - The estimated base salary range for this role is $210,000 - $230,000. - This role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan. Company Description TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Role Description You'll open doors at the financial institutions TRM most needs in its network across APAC. This is a business development role built around opening doors, not a traditional closing quota. It does carry variable compensation tied to the deals that result from the doors you open. You bring a real network: ideally you were formerly head of digital assets at a bank, or you operated at a crypto infrastructure firm. You convert that network into strategic conversations for TRM. The Impact You Will Have: - Open doors at target APAC FI accounts using a network you've already built, not one you're building from scratch. - Multi-thread target accounts by building senior relationships across teams, so TRM's presence survives any single contact leaving. - Identify and pursue large, high-value partnership opportunities with financial institutions. - Represent TRM at industry conferences and practitioner forums across APAC, turning stage time and hallway conversations into pipeline. - Collaborate cross-functionally with TRM teams to ensure successful conversion to customer. - Turn market, technology, and regulatory shifts into an early-warning system for TRM, spotting opportunities and risks before competitors do. - Close the loop between what you hear in the field and TRM's product and GTM teams, feeding market signal back into the roadmap. Qualifications - Deep, credible network across APAC financial institutions, ideally from having been head of digital assets at a bank, or from operating at a crypto infrastructure firm. - Comfortable being customer-facing and public-facing: conferences, panels, thought leadership. - Track record of turning relationships into real pipeline, not just introductions. - Already uses AI day-to-day for research, prospecting, and pipeline management, with a concrete workflow to point to. Requirements - Based in Singapore, remote. - Willing to travel 30-40% for conferences and in-person account work. - Direct experience with financial institutions or crypto-native infrastructure companies serving them in APAC. Benefits - We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day. - TRM moves quickly. We are a high velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. - People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. - Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. - The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. - This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. Company Description TRM is a Series C company with $220M in total funding, backed by Blockchain Capital, Goldman Sachs, Bessemer, Y Combinator, Thoma Bravo, and others.
