Role Description Suno’s growth runs on paid social, and paid social runs on creative. This is the role that decides what that creative is and why: the strategist who turns audience insight into the concepts everyone else executes. You’ll lead the audience and market research that uncovers new angles, pain points, and use cases, then turn them into a steady backlog of concepts and briefs that designers and editors run with across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is a high-ownership role with real strategic latitude. You won’t be handed a brief and told to fill it, you’ll write the briefs. You’ll bring your own read on which audiences are worth chasing, what story wins them, and which formats to test, then move fast to test, iterate, and find what wins.
