Role Description We’re hiring the person who decides what ads we make next — and then makes them. You’ll own creative strategy and production across our three markets, working in a tight pair with our senior Performance Lead (media buying and measurement). You two share one number: cost per acquired customer. Their job is to scale what works; your job is to keep giving them things that work. - Own the creative feedback loop. - Read ad performance by hook, angle, and format; turn it into hypotheses, briefs, and a prioritized testing backlog; run a weekly (daily during pushes) review cadence with the Performance Lead deciding what to iterate, test, or kill. - Produce at volume with AI. - Generative video, image, and voice tools are your production floor, not a side experiment. You write the briefs, calibrate the tools, and QA the output. In your first month you’ll baseline our current creative velocity and then commit to targets against it. - Build and run creator networks. - Source, brief, and manage UGC creators in the Philippines, Thailand, and South Africa (directly and via local agencies). - Keep every ad compliant. - You’ll own the framing guidelines and the compliance QA layer over everything that ships — human and AI-made. Target disapproval rate: zero. - Cover the non-ads surfaces. - Document what works into playbooks and systems. - When throughput genuinely caps out, you’ll make the case for your first hires — and manage them. Qualifications - Ads that won, with numbers. - AI-native production. - Creator operations. - Performance literacy. - A system for markets you don’t speak. - Senior player-coach. Requirements - Roughly 5–8 years in performance creative, growth, or UA creative roles. Bonus - Thai fluency (a strong plus). - Filipino language fluency. - Mobile gaming/app UA creative background. - Experience building a creative function from scratch. How we’ll evaluate you - Portfolio screen — ads you created that won, with metrics and the story behind each. - Conversation — including how you’d advertise an earned-wage-access product on a platform that prohibits paycheck-advance ads. - Paid work sample — a real FINN brief: several concepts with hooks and reasoning, produced with whatever AI stack you prefer. - Metrics session — we look at real creative performance data together and you tell us what you’d make next week. Benefits - Fully remote role with real budget ownership from week one. - A genuinely AI-forward setup — tooling budget and the mandate to use it. - Unlimited annual leave per FINN policy; laptop and WFH equipment allowance. - A shot at building the creative function of a multi-market fintech from the ground up, with the results visible in one shared number every week.

Role Description Suno’s growth runs on paid social, and paid social runs on creative. This is the role that decides what that creative is and why: the strategist who turns audience insight into the concepts everyone else executes. You’ll lead the audience and market research that uncovers new angles, pain points, and use cases, then turn them into a steady backlog of concepts and briefs that designers and editors run with across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is a high-ownership role with real strategic latitude. You won’t be handed a brief and told to fill it, you’ll write the briefs. You’ll bring your own read on which audiences are worth chasing, what story wins them, and which formats to test, then move fast to test, iterate, and find what wins. Great work here is measured by performance, and you’ll see the results of your concepts quickly enough to act on them. If you think in audiences and angles, read hook rate and hold rate as fluently as you spot a fresh one, and want your concepts running in front of a massive global audience within days, this one is for you. Qualifications - Proven experience as a creative strategist in a high-volume, high-velocity performance creative environment. - A strong track record of paid social creative for live Meta and/or TikTok campaigns, with results you can speak to. - A real grasp of direct-response creative: audiences, angles, hooks, and why an ad wins or loses, not just how it looks. - Deep fluency in audience and market research, and the instinct to turn it into non-obvious angles. - The range to own strategy end to end and the scrappiness to write the hooks and do the research yourself. No task is beneath you. - A proactive, self-directed working style. You spot what’s missing and bring ideas without being asked. - Fluency in Motion (or a comparable creative analytics tool) to read what’s driving performance and act on it. - Comfort reading metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, and CTR, and turning them into the next round of concepts. Requirements - Experience at a consumer subscription app, a growth agency running paid social, or a DTC/ecommerce brand. - Comfort folding AI tools into research and ideation to move faster. - A love of music and an eye for culture. Compensation This is a contract role paying $80 to $120 per hour, depending on experience, at roughly 20 to 40 hours per week. Additional Notes Applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Suno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital or family status, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis under provincial, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, or ordinances. We will also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of state and local laws, including the Massachusetts Fair Chance in Employment Act, NYC Fair Chance Act, LA City Fair Chance Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

• Ideate and plan field creative concepts — events, locations, scenarios, and setups that create genuine, compelling, shareable moments around RYZE. • Execute those concepts in the real world at high volume — you are the one on location, mic in hand, making it happen. • That means travel, new cities, new settings, and thriving in all of them. • Think like a streamer: create energy, create reactions, create content that people want to watch even when they know it’s an ad. • Work directly with your clipper to brief and direct the edit — you know what the moment was, you know what the hook is, you hand that vision off clearly. • Think like a direct response marketer: every piece of content you create has to work as a paid ad — hook, story, and a reason to click. • Test, learn, iterate — this format is new for us and we’re building it together. • Stay plugged into streaming culture, field content trends, and what’s breaking through on Meta — you are our eyes and ears in a creative space we haven’t fully entered yet.
