Role Description We are seeking a motivated Creator Acquisition Associate to source, pitch, and onboard creators and artists into Suno’s paid Hooks programs and related creator initiatives. This contract role sits within the Growth & Partnerships team and is responsible for building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new creators week over week. You will own outreach end-to-end — from researching and identifying high-potential creators to conducting personalized outreach, supporting pitch calls, and coordinating onboarding. This is a hands-on, volume-driven role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly with creators across platforms. What You’ll Do - Source and research creators for Suno’s paid Hooks programs and related creator initiatives, identifying high-potential talent across social platforms. - Conduct outreach to prospective creators using approved messaging and talking points, including Instagram DM outreach, email outreach, and warm introductions through existing creator relationships. - Support early-stage creator conversations and qualification, including participating in pitch calls to explain the program and assess fit. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity, responses, and creator pipeline status. - Assist with onboarding coordination and ongoing program support as needed, ensuring creators have a smooth experience from first contact to activation. - Onboard 20+ new creators and artists per week into our Partner or Champion programs. • FP&A area (Financial Planning & Intelligence) - Management and Control: Lead the budget cycle for your area (Budget and Forecast), ensuring projections reflect operational reality and long-term targets. - Variance Analysis: Diagnose differences between actuals and plan (Actual vs. Budget), identify root causes and propose immediate corrective actions. - Modeling and Projections: Maintain dynamic financial models that provide short- and mid-term visibility into unit margins and cash flow. - Decision Support: Prepare feasibility studies and profitability analyses for new initiatives, ensuring leadership has clarity on the expected return of each expense. • Management area (Operational Excellence) - Process Redesign: Map critical workflows (As-Is / To-Be) to eliminate redundancies and reduce operating costs. - Results Methodology: Implement management rituals and goal deployment using tools such as PDCA and gap analysis. - Indicator Efficiency: Define and monitor operational KPIs that are directly correlated with financial performance, ensuring operations know what to adjust to achieve profitability. - Simulation and Strategy: Build scenarios that test the business model’s resilience to market changes, providing practical recommendations for risk mitigation.
