• Own the end-to-end measurement framework for Greenlight’s devices business across Shopify and Amazon. Define the KPIs, build the reporting, and ensure the team always has a clear, current view of device sales performance. • Measure the full funnel from ad impression to device purchase to subscriber conversion. Understand which marketing inputs drive device sales and which device buyers become high-LTV subscribers. This two-step conversion is the core analytical problem in this role. • Analyze paid performance across Amazon Ads and Shopify-driven channels. Evaluate ROAS, CAC, and payback period at the device level and surface recommendations on where to shift spend. • Dig into the Shopify storefront and Amazon product page funnels. Identify where conversion is leaking, what product, pricing, or creative variables are driving lift, and bring findings forward before stakeholders ask. • Build and own dbt models that encode business logic for the devices domain in a scalable, reusable way to power dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder self-serve. • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that give marketing and leadership a reliable, current view of device sales, channel performance, and subscriber attach rates. • Use Claude fluently as a daily productivity layer: accelerating SQL, generating documentation, QA-ing work, and building faster analytical workflows. Help define and share best practices for AI-assisted analytics across the team. • Partner directly with the devices marketing team to scope analytical problems, pressure-test. • Identify gaps before they become problems: data quality, metric definitions, reporting coverage, and stakeholder understanding. Own the fix, not just the flag.
• Develop and execute our brand strategy with a focus on narrative development, storytelling, and copywriting excellence. • Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand copy and creative for marketing campaigns, product launches, website, email, social media, and in-app experiences. • Collaborate with design, product, and growth marketing teams to ensure all messaging and creative is cohesive, compelling, and tailored to our audiences. • Champion the brand voice, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all written communications and storytelling efforts. • Oversee and mentor a team of writers and brand designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. • Analyze audience insights and campaign performance to refine messaging and storytelling approaches.Co-own awareness metrics with growth. • Identify and develop new storytelling opportunities, including partnerships, campaigns, and product narratives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in copywriting, brand design, and emerging storytelling formats in digital media. • Maintain the documentation of brand standards and guidelines ensuring all of our communications are on brand.
• Build and execute aggressive social media strategies to drive reach and engagement across target audiences (parents and teens). • Build and implement holistic annual influencer strategy. • Manage multi-channel organic social content calendar (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), driving fresh ideas and tests that help Greenlight grow. • Lead external social and influencer agency partners as primary point-of-contact. • Manage social sweepstakes and giveaways in an effort to expand channel reach. • Own the measurement strategy for TV (linear and CTV/streaming), podcast, OOH, direct mail, and brand marketing channels, including methodology selection, model governance, and insight delivery. • Own the accuracy and leverage of our Marketing Mix Model (MMM) for offline and brand spend. Ensure inputs are clean and representative, outputs are properly calibrated against incrementality ground truth, and results are translated into concrete budget allocation decisions rather than sitting in a report. • Own the team-wide incrementality roadmap and methodology standards. Design and execute incrementality experiments for offline and brand channels (geo holdouts, synthetic control, matched market tests) to establish causal impact and validate MMM outputs against ground truth. Coordinate with paid digital analysts on test design and scheduling to avoid test collisions and maintain consistent methodology across online and offline. • Develop and own brand marketing measurement: brand lift studies, awareness-to-conversion funnel tracking, and long-run brand equity modeling. • Own podcast measurement, including attribution methodologies (vanity URLs, promo codes, pixel-based), reach estimation, and incrementality validation. • Translate MMM outputs and incrementality results into offline and brand budget allocation recommendations with clear confidence bounds. Decision-ready, not just slide-ready. • Develop and maintain channel-level media response curves, saturation analysis, and diminishing returns modeling for offline media to support scenario planning and spend optimization. • Partner with media buyers and marketing leadership to scope offline and brand measurement roadmaps, pressure-test interpretations, and ensure findings actually change how we invest. • Own and present a rolling incrementality roadmap to marketing leadership on a monthly cadence: what's been tested, what results mean for spend, and what's next. This is a recurring executive deliverable, not a one-off. • Dive deeply into offline and brand channel performance problems. Diagnose what's working, what isn't, and why. Deliver clear, actionable optimization recommendations that improve spend efficiency and channel effectiveness. • Identify data quality and tracking gaps specific to offline channels and drive the fixes, from S3 data ingestion (Tatari and similar) to upstream tagging and pipeline integrity. • Build scalable, reusable dbt models that encode offline and brand channel measurement logic for use across dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder self-serve. • Work in Snowflake, Python, and our Databricks environment to build and maintain the data pipelines and models that underpin offline and brand measurement. • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that give marketing leadership a clear, reliable view of offline and brand channel performance and ROI. • Use AI fluently as a daily productivity layer: accelerating SQL, automating documentation, stress-testing model assumptions, and finding faster paths to answers. • Contribute to how the Marketing Science team builds and shares AI-assisted analytical workflows, not just as a user but as a practitioner who helps raise the floor.
