Role Description This is a remote position. A Workday Integration Lead / Architect with 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients. Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience. - Strong knowledge of EIB, Connectors, Workday Studio, Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integration solutions. - Must have worked on End-to-end implementation Workday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process. - Active Workday certification is mandatory. Requirements - Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. - Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result. - Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization. - In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them. - Strong knowledge of working with data exchange formats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT. - Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports. - Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly. - Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations. - Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
