Content and Distribution Coordinator – Senior Coordinator

• Support implementation and testing of NDC connections and travel technology supplier integrations • Assist with troubleshooting connectivity and content issues during onboarding and production phases • Coordinate with engineering and supplier partners to identify and resolve integration issues • Manage Sabre and Amadeus user provisioning and access requests • Ensure correct permissions and configurations based on role requirements • Maintain documentation and internal processes related to GDS access management • Handle operational requests related to travel content distribution and configuration • Perform audits and validation of travel content data where required • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately • Act as a coordination point between engineering, content teams, travel technology suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Provide regular updates on task progress, blockers, and timelines • Ensure requests are tracked, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner • Document operational processes and troubleshooting procedures • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce turnaround time, and increase operational efficiency • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation
• Support the operational execution of assigned accounts, with a strong focus on onboarding, implementation support, migrations, and tooling setup • Coordinate onboarding, delivery, and adoption milestones across regions and internal teams • Partner with Senior Account Managers to support day-to-day client needs and operational requests • Monitor SLA performance, track operational KPIs, and help maintain dashboards, Salesforce records, and reporting to support account health and QBRs • Help coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and support root cause analysis and corrective actions when operational issues arise • Capture and document client feedback related to workflows, tooling, and operational gaps to share with Product and Engineering
• Execute and refine the Enterprise Go-To-Market strategy • Drive new enterprise customer acquisition in partnership with TMCs • Manage and exceed revenue and growth targets • Lead pitches and product demos for prospective enterprise clients • Own pipeline management and sales execution from prospecting through close • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful customer outcomes
• Set Spotnana’s overall legal strategy and manage day-to-day responsibilities of the company’s legal function (including management of and collaboration with our outside counsel) • Negotiate, or supervise the negotiation of, technology-related commercial agreements (license agreements, reseller/channel partner agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, data processing agreements, service level agreements etc.) • Build out and manage in-house legal team, which will own all legal documents and operations across all functions • Assist in defining and implementing best practices around workflow and processes for the legal function, including through creation and maintenance of playbooks, contract templates, service guides and/or self-help or other workflows • Offer guidance and serve as the escalation point on a wide variety of legal matters, including but not limited to contract law, state/federal compliance issues, global data/privacy regulations, intellectual property, and other HR, employment, or corporate matters • Identify legal/compliance risks for the company, and develop strategies to mitigate same, including but not limited to designing and implementing company policies and procedures and staff training • Keep current on relevant industry standards, law, and regulations • Develop and Interface with finance regarding legal spend budgets • Act as a cross-functional leader who works closely with teams across sales, marketing, customer support, product, security, IT, and finance to ensure contractual terms align with company objectives and priorities • Provide legal and strategic support to cross-functional projects • Advise regarding international employment laws and the launching of international entities for Spotnana
• Partner with enterprise customers as a strategic and technical advisor throughout the platform lifecycle, from pre-sales through deployment and post-launch optimization • Analyze customer systems, data flows, and technical workflows to design scalable solutions using Spotnana’s platform • Lead configuration, integration, and deployment efforts across APIs, ERP, HRIS, booking, payments, and partner systems • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and scalable solution design • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers through resolution and optimization strategies • Create documentation, enablement materials, and training resources to support customer adoption and internal knowledge sharing • Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI-driven capabilities to improve customer workflows and travel experiences
Implementation Manager, Partner Travel Solutions

• Your primary responsibilities will be to lead the on-time and within-scope technical implementation for TMCs and their customers • Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with new TMCs and their customers for one-time and for multi-phased implementations • Lead all aspects of Project Management, including risk management analysis, and setting goals and KPIs • Advise TMCs and their customers on technical best practices • Provide TMCs and their customers with clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across our product and services • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Travel Operations and Technical Support to ensure Spotnana’s product and services will be able to meet the TMC’s requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans in SmartSheet and in Salesforce • Contribute towards the success of the organization through knowledge-sharing activities such as contributing to internal and external documentation, answering technical Q&A, and helping to iterate on best practices
• Lead strategic relationships with assigned partners, serving as the primary senior point of contact and executive sponsor • Define and drive joint account strategies, including multi-year growth planning, pipeline creation, and expansion opportunities • Lead renewals, commercial discussions, and expansion strategies in partnership with Sales and leadership teams • Drive joint go-to-market execution including co-sell motions, enablement, and partner pipeline reviews • Partner cross-functionally to align delivery performance, customer experience standards, and long-term platform adoption • Represent partner needs internally by translating feedback into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
