Role Description This is a remote position. A Workday Integration Lead / Architect with 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients. Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience. - Strong knowledge of EIB, Connectors, Workday Studio, Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integration solutions. - Must have worked on End-to-end implementation Workday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process. - Active Workday certification is mandatory. Requirements - Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. - Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result. - Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization. - In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them. - Strong knowledge of working with data exchange formats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT. - Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports. - Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly. - Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations. - Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively. Role Description We are looking for a Workday HCM Lead Consultant with 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet client business requirements. - Analyze client requirements and design effective Workday HCM solutions. - Configure, test, and support deployment of Workday modules. - Provide functional expertise in modules such as Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other complex HCM solutions. - Participate in end-to-end deployment or AMS support activities. - Lead client discussions and provide consultative guidance. - Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases, best practices, and industry trends. - Support global HR operations with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Qualifications - 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience. - Experience in AMS or Implementation projects. - Active Workday certification required. - Hands-on experience in at least two or more modules. - Experience in deployment processes. - Strong communication, presentation, listening, and client-facing skills. - Good understanding of Global HR operations. - Pre-sales experience is nice to have. - Project management experience is nice to have. Role Description A Workday Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management solutions. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
