Role Description As a Manager, Corporate FP&A, you will own the operational core of Gong's consolidated financial model, with a particular focus on OPEX and personnel forecasting. You will synthesize complex data into actionable insights, drive forecast accuracy across the company's cost structure, and deliver the analytical foundation that powers strategic decision-making at the executive level. This role sits at the center of Corporate FP&A and has direct visibility into how Gong deploys capital across the business. Responsibilities - Own Gong's consolidated OPEX model, maintaining bottoms-up departmental forecasts that roll into the corporate P&L with accuracy and discipline. - Build and continuously improve the company-wide personnel model, including headcount by department, hiring curve assumptions, attrition, and compensation and benefits — the single most important cost driver in the business. - Drive the monthly BVA process for all OPEX lines, synthesizing inputs from FP&A business partners into a clear, well-supported corporate narrative. - Lead scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis that informs how Gong allocates resources and makes strategic investment decisions. - Partner with the Senior Corporate FP&A Manager to deliver consolidated financials and build the OPEX narrative for executive reporting, QBRs, and Board of Directors reviews. - Support the quarterly forecasting process and annual planning cycle, ensuring OPEX forecasts reflect current business realities and are grounded in sound methodology. - Track and improve forecast accuracy over time — identifying where and why OPEX forecasts miss and driving ongoing improvements to the process. - Build and maintain OPEX planning templates and models in Pigment, partnering closely with the Corporate FP&A team to improve automation and reporting efficiency. - Partner with Accounting to support the month-end close process and ensure financial data integrity across systems. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, equity research, or strategy consulting, preferably at a high-tech or enterprise software company. - Deep expertise building scalable, bottoms-up financial models in Excel or Google Sheets, with a strong command of how model inputs and outputs connect to business outcomes. - Demonstrated experience owning personnel and OPEX forecasting in a dynamic, high-growth environment. - Familiarity with enterprise software metrics — churn, dollar retention, CAC, gross margin expansion — and the ability to connect cost structure decisions to revenue and unit economics. - Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems; Pigment, NetSuite, and Salesforce experience a plus. - Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure. - Strong communicator who can translate detailed financial analysis into clear, concise narratives for senior stakeholders. - Self-driven and detail-oriented, with an ownership mentality and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. - Experience working in a startup or high-growth company, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline. Role Description This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the center of Gong’s security and compliance story. As our Senior GRC Security Lead, you will be the architect of foundational programs we are building: - Gong’s first-ever Common Controls Framework - Standing up a formal risk process and register - Implementing a GRC tooling ecosystem - Owning the full policy, standards, and exceptions management lifecycle This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a mature program. It’s a role for a builder — someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and finds energy in creating order from complexity. You will work directly with Legal, Sales, Engineering, Customer Audit teams, and executive stakeholders, and your fingerprints will be visible across everything Gong builds for compliance and trust for years to come. Responsibilities - Design and implement Gong’s Common Controls Framework, mapping controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, 27017, 27701, 27018, HIPAA, PCI, and other applicable frameworks. - Rationalize overlapping requirements across frameworks to reduce compliance burden and create a single source of truth for control ownership. - Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product Security to embed controls at the architecture level, not just as audit checkboxes. - Establish control testing methodology, evidence collection standards, and continuous control monitoring processes. - Serve as the subject-matter expert on control mapping during customer and external audits, RFPs, and enterprise sales engagements. - Build Gong’s product & enterprise risk register from the ground up — defining risk taxonomy, scoring methodology, risk appetite thresholds, and ownership models. - Implementation of a GRC platform and system of record, and ability to build executive level dashboards to track vulnerability, risk, and control remediation. - Create and maintain risk treatment plans in partnership with risk owners across the business, tracking remediation milestones and escalating blockers. - Develop executive-level risk reporting cadences and dashboards for the Head of GRC and senior leadership. - Own the complete lifecycle of Gong’s information security policy suite — creation, review cycles, version control, and employee acknowledgment tracking. - Establish and operate a formal exceptions management program, including intake, risk assessment, approval workflows, compensating controls, and periodic review. - Ensure policies remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements, industry frameworks, and Gong’s rapidly changing technology environment. - Drive policy adoption through clear communication, training support, and cross-functional partnership. - Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies for SOC 2, ISO, and other certifications. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive experience in GRC, Information Security, or a closely related function — with meaningful time spent building or scaling programs, not just running them. - Demonstrated hands-on experience building a GRC program at scale — ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company. - Deep expertise across multiple compliance and security frameworks, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and at least one regulatory framework (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or equivalent). - Experience creating and implementing GRC Record of Truth/Tooling. - Strong policy and standards writing ability — capable of translating complex regulatory language into clear, actionable documentation. - Experience conducting and managing product & enterprise risk assessments, with a working knowledge of risk quantification methodologies. - Proven ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders, including Legal, Engineering, and executive audiences. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered. - Relevant certifications strongly preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, or comparable credentials. Benefits - We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs. - Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle. - Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching. - 401(k) program to help you invest in your future. - Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development. - Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend. - Paid parental leave to support you and your family. - Company-wide recharge days each quarter. - Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.

Role Description Gong is looking for a Director of Content Marketing who is, first and foremost, an exceptional writer — someone who brings a distinct voice, rigorous craft, and genuine conviction to everything Gong publishes. This is a builder's role. You'll write, edit, and set the standard for what great looks like — then partner with your team to reach it and amplify it consistently. You'll own the full content engine across the customer journey: - Thought leadership - Customer stories - Gong Labs research - Digital content - Narrative frameworks that connect all of it to how buyers actually think and decide We're looking for someone who thinks like a media builder, not a content scheduler. You care deeply about substance over surface — and you believe content done right is a genuine competitive differentiator, not a supporting function. You bring strong editorial judgment, a thoughtful perspective on where AI fits in a content operation, and a constant eye on where the best content in the industry is being made and why. The person in this role gets to turn those ingredients into a content engine that entertains, informs, and shapes how the market thinks. You'll have editorial independence and real cross-functional influence to do it right. If you obsess over craft, have strong opinions about what makes content worth reading, and want to build something that matters — this is the opportunity! Responsibilities - Voice & Writing Excellence - Be Gong's best writer. Set and protect a distinct, data-backed, opinionated brand voice across all channels. - Write highly effective content, including flagship thought leadership, editorial positions, key campaign narratives, and raise the quality floor across every content format. - Serve as editor-in-chief: give in-the-trenches editorial feedback that makes your team meaningfully better, not just compliant. - Narrative & Thought Leadership - Own the Gong narrative. Translate complex concepts such as Agentic AI, Revenue Graphs, and Agent / Human Orchestration into clear, provocative stories that resonate with revenue leaders. - Lead thought leadership strategy across blog, social, video, and earned media, ensuring Gong has a credible and consistent POV in its category. - Champion customer storytelling: develop a systematic approach to capturing and amplifying customer outcomes that feel real and impactful. - Gong Labs & Original Research - Partner with data science to evolve Gong Labs into the industry's most trusted source of revenue insights — content backed by real pipeline and call data that no competitor can replicate. - Commission and shape original research reports, data studies, and benchmarks that generate earned media, backlinks, and brand authority. - Content Strategy & Demand Impact - Build content frameworks mapped to the full customer journey—from awareness through expansion—that demonstrably improve conversion and shorten sales cycles. - Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to ensure content operates as a revenue lever across the full go-to-market motion. - Own strategic KPIs: measure KPIs such as brand share of voice, organic traffic, and pipeline influence, and use the data to finetune and improve content impact accordingly. - Team Leadership & Editorial Operations - Lead and grow a team of content marketers, providing hands-on editorial mentorship and career development. - Build and manage a bench of world-class freelancers and agency partners who can flex with demand without diluting brand quality. - Architect a scalable content engine: content guidelines, editorial calendars, content briefs, quality rubrics, and distribution workflows that sustain high velocity without sacrificing integrity. Qualifications - 10+ years of content leadership at a high-growth B2B company or in high-tier business journalism with a portfolio that demonstrates genuine craft. - Proven ability to lead and develop a team of in-house and freelance creatives at high velocity. - Exceptional writing and editing skills. You are the kind of person who will rework a headline five times because the first version was not quite right. - Deep product empathy. You can spend an afternoon in a product demo, talk to three customers, and come out with a sharp, credible editorial angle that engineers and buyers both recognize as true. - Strong grasp of B2B buyer journeys and content's role in demand generation—you've built frameworks that connect editorial to pipeline, and you can prove it. - AI fluency: You understand how LLMs and AI agents are reshaping both how work gets done and how content gets discovered and consumed. - Your portfolio and experience demonstrates writing that prioritizes density, utility, and a clear point of view over generic industry language or buzzwords. - Strategic KPI ownership: You've mapped content programs directly to business outcomes and can speak fluently about attribution, share of voice, and pipeline influence.
