Role Description As a Principal Project Specialist, you will have experience & knowledge as a Refueling Project Manager (RFPM) at a PWR nuclear site, or another Project Manager (PM) type service at a nuclear site. You will fill either the dayshift or nightshift PWR RFPM role at our PWR customer sites when we perform refueling services for them and will be able to understand the scheduled activities for each of the refueling tasks that are in the schedule, know how to resolve any problem that may happen while performing these tasks and drive the project to successful conclusion. You will also have to learn the Westinghouse procedures & processes involved with being a project manager, as you will be a part of the RFPM group which is managed by the PWR Operations and Fuel Services Manager. You will report to the Manager of PWR Refueling Operations. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
