Key Responsibilities - Clean, detail, and sanitize ATMs, kiosks, and bank vault surfaces. - Inspect electrical components, perform minor refurbishments, and replace lighting. - Conduct ADA inspections, alarm surveys, and site measurements. - Execute software updates and complete digital site surveys. - Take detailed photos of completed work and manage digital paperwork. - Remove graffiti/stickers and clear trash within a 10-foot radius of machines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ACIST Medical Systems customers by providing quality technical support of the company’s electro-mechanical devices • Provide preventive maintenance, emergency field service and installation of ACIST products • Respond to all customer requests for service by establishing cause of equipment failure and performing repairs • Replace parts needed to correct malfunction and perform proper tests to ensure operation of the equipment after repair • Prepare detailed service and failure records for work performed and enter all information into the ACIST service tracking database • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through knowledge of injector systems • Maintain tools and test equipment in accordance with Company policy • Perform periodic preventive maintenance on equipment as required by contract or as stipulated by the engineering department • Perform modifications or updates (hardware and software) to injector systems as required
• install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment solutions onsite at several customer’s facilities • identify, analyze, maintain and repair complex mechanical equipment • answer difficult customer questions about product features • perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities, features and general maintenance of the product(s) • build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships • work closely with other supporting Packsize team members to provide exceptional customer service • scheduling tasks at customer job sites • troubleshooting issues, quickly and effectively, using technical drawings and documentation • performing routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise • continuous learning, including customer operational processes, packaging designs, technical specifications • installation of Packsize solutions and training others to use and maintain it • clerical and administrative duties, including timely reading and responding to emails, preparing and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, writing detailed technical reports
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, optimization, and repair of sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases • Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support • Optimizing the sorting systems/process by sampling and testing • Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services • Acting as a link between our customers and Headquarters – collecting and providing feedback from the market so that we can continuously look for new opportunities for our customers
