• Provide detailed installation, re-configuration/integration, removal, and maintenance of Central Office and Data Center equipment with minimum supervision. • Supervise assigned crew members and their performance. • Must have mastered all installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300 and be able to perform all the duties of the Installer Level 4 with a high degree of competence and accuracy as a Working Lead with assigned team members. • Master comprehensive equipment installation skills on a wide variety of installations and systems including AC/DC Power systems, low/high-density fiber systems, and supervisory/alarm systems. • Knowledge and experience with transport equipment including Ciena, Fujitsu, Cisco, Nortel, Nokia, DELL, Juniper, etc. • Comply with system update requirements of all company/customer installation documents. • Perform in-process and final quality audits to ensure all items meet or exceed industry and/or customer standards.

• Be a part of installation teams at customer locations across the country. • Operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and test equipment. • Must have mastered installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300 and be able to perform all the duties of the Installer Level 3 or 2 with a high degree of competency and accuracy. • Must possess comprehensive equipment installation skills on a wide variety of installations and systems including AC/DC Power systems, low/high-density fiber systems, inside plant iron Infrastructure, and supervisory /alarm systems. • Must maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage, staging and work areas on-site. • Comprehensive level of understanding of all general company policies and practices, safety procedures, paperwork, and administrative requirements. • Ability to read, understand, and apply job/equipment specifications, installation documents, schematics.

• Maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems, installing and replacing components or entire systems, and performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season equipment • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on generators to ensure proper readiness, reading and following blueprints or other design specifications to install or repair • Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls, and other components, and test for proper operation • Be responsible for responding promptly/timely to Power/Generator alarms; have the ability to be on call 24/7 if necessary and respond promptly in answering assigned phone and email • Perform work with the awareness of all potential hazards connected with the installation and maintenance of power supply equipment, switching gear, and other equipment, including but not limited to falls, electric shock, falling objects, and traffic; use safety equipment and utilize safety practices; attend and participate in all designated safety and training meetings

• Installing and replacing components of entire systems of commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling units • Timely and accurate completion of daily reports • Driving to remote work sites as needed • Performing upgrades on out-of-season equipment • Conducting performance checks as required

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS systems, battery plants, DC power systems, PDUs, STS units, inverters, and related critical power equipment. • Diagnose electrical and control system faults using schematics, test equipment, manufacturer documentation, and industry best practices. • Install, commission, and replace UPS systems, battery strings, battery monitoring systems, maintenance bypass equipment, and associated power infrastructure. • Respond to emergency service calls and restore customer systems to operational status while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. • Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and customer communications accurately and professionally. • Develop strong customer relationships through technical expertise, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery. • Mentor junior technicians and support field training efforts by sharing troubleshooting techniques, safety practices, and technical knowledge.

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS systems, battery plants, DC power systems, PDUs, STS units, inverters, and related critical power equipment. • Diagnose electrical and control system faults using schematics, test equipment, manufacturer documentation, and industry best practices. • Install, commission, and replace UPS systems, battery strings, battery monitoring systems, maintenance bypass equipment, and associated power infrastructure. • Respond to emergency service calls and restore customer systems to operational status while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. • Perform battery testing, capacity testing, failure analysis, and lifecycle replacement services. • Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and customer communications accurately and professionally. • Develop strong customer relationships through technical expertise, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery. • Mentor junior technicians and support field training efforts by sharing troubleshooting techniques, safety practices, and technical knowledge. • Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, company safety procedures, and customer site requirements. • Support additional field service activities as business and customer needs evolve.

• Performing up-tower repairs and diagnostics on medium & major components including Generator Bearings, Generator Slip Rings, Rotor & Stator Cables, Gearbox HSS replacement, HSS bearings, IMS replacement, IMS bearings, Yaw Drive Repair/Exchange, Generator Exchanges & Trunnion Pin Repairs. • Carry out daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing, minor assembly, minor service & troubleshooting. • Climbing vertically at least 300ft. • Maintain certifications in all areas required by the position. • Conduct safe and efficient repairs to all Wind Turbine electrical systems. • Detailed knowledge and skill in generators, converters, controllers, and electrical equipment. • Ability to read and interpret schematics by various Wind Turbine manufacturers. • May be required to perform LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) of equipment as an Authorized Person. • At times, may be required to support lifting operations following skills verification of Large Components.
