Role Description H2 Performance Consulting seeks an experienced Mental Health Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position will support the Department of Labor Office of Job Corps Health & Wellness Program by providing subject matter expertise, technical assistance, policy support, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders. - Provide expert consultation. - Support ROCA/ROTA assessments. - Review records and prepare recommendations. - Develop reports and training materials. - Assist with policy implementation and continuous quality improvement. Qualifications - Licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, or MSW; 10+ years with adolescents and young adults. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination. Role Description Own one or more strategic GTM products that enable how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers. - Define product strategy, architecture, and roadmaps while treating business systems as products rather than standalone tools. - Drive technology decisions, including build vs. buy evaluations, AI adoption, and long-term platform evolution. - Build and ship GTM products and features using AI tools. - Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering to deliver scalable business capabilities. - Shape the future of Remote's Revenue Technology ecosystem by continuously improving the products that power our go-to-market organization. Qualifications - Experience owning business systems, technology products, or product portfolios within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment. - Strong understanding of GTM architecture, integrations, data models, and end-to-end revenue processes. - Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for internal technology products. - Ability to evaluate build vs. buy decisions and determine when capabilities should be delivered through configuration, automation, AI, custom development, or third-party technology. - Excitement for and experience in using AI tools such as Claude code to build tooling and processes within GTM. - Excellent stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills, with experience balancing short-term business needs against long-term product strategy. - Experience working with technologies commonly used across GTM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, and business intelligence tools. - Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities. - Writes and speaks fluent English. - It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus. • Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks, complex orchestration layers, and custom AI developer tooling. • Navigate the tension between rapid prototyping and long-term sustainability, knowing exactly when to cut corners to validate a concept and when to slow down to lay rock-solid architectural foundations. • Navigate and integrate various commercial and open-source large language models, selecting and optimizing the right models for specific agentic behaviors. • Lead by example by extensively leveraging advanced AI coding tools to maximize velocity, while establishing best practices for AI-assisted engineering across the team. • Implement rigorous frameworks for benchmarking, prompt engineering, and evaluating agent reliability, latency, and accuracy. • Set engineering standards for code quality and system performance, mentoring other engineers and acting as a primary bridge between research and product.
