Qualifications - Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding. - Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes, with a proven ability to apply consultative techniques to uncover client needs, foster strong relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations. - Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment. - Excellent storytelling and communication skills—you can simplify and convey complex payroll concepts in a way that resonates with both HR and executive audiences. - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions quickly. - Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration in a distributed team environment. - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. - Ideally minimum 5+ years of relevant experience. - Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or relevant HR/payroll credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a strong plus. - Knowledge or familiarity with competitive payroll products and payroll industry landscape is considered a strong plus. - Knowledge or familiarity with PEO service models also considered a strong plus. - Writes and speaks fluent English. - It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
