Mental Health Subject Matter Expert

H2 Performance Consulting

Role Description H2 Performance Consulting seeks an experienced Mental Health Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position will support the Department of Labor Office of Job Corps Health & Wellness Program by providing subject matter expertise, technical assistance, policy support, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders. - Provide expert consultation. - Support ROCA/ROTA assessments. - Review records and prepare recommendations. - Develop reports and training materials. - Assist with policy implementation and continuous quality improvement. Qualifications - Licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, or MSW; 10+ years with adolescents and young adults. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination. Requirements - Job Corps, behavioral health, trauma-informed care. Role Description Own one or more strategic GTM products that enable how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers. - Define product strategy, architecture, and roadmaps while treating business systems as products rather than standalone tools. - Drive technology decisions, including build vs. buy evaluations, AI adoption, and long-term platform evolution. - Build and ship GTM products and features using AI tools. - Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering to deliver scalable business capabilities. - Shape the future of Remote's Revenue Technology ecosystem by continuously improving the products that power our go-to-market organization.
